That scene from around the beginning of Fantastic Four movie where, after the cosmic radiation, Reed and Ben talked, and the conversation shifted towards Reed and Susan and Victor, and then Ben joked about why Reed should just ‘date Victor’ instead if Victor was so perfect.

Yes, yes, I did turn that one sentence from the movie into a whole fic, and I have no regrets.
