Soooo not gonna lie, ain’t my best either trying to make it feel like a scene with the background which is sad cuz this one has the most to do with the story.

This one is for Macaque, I will be doing multiple of these two together at different ages because this one more shows when he was a kid. Most people know about Mac’s ability to know the past president and future using his ears. Well Cong ( my oc- still worshipping the name) kinda took him in when he was little to help his ability not be so overwhelming. She raised him as a son while he was with her and protect him when he was getting overwhelmed.

He would visit her from time to time and tell her his adventures first hand for her to write down. he kinda lost the habit of visiting her after the whole fight stuff with Wukung and she couldn’t visit him cuz she was always busy writing.

Next is Mr. Tang!!!

The relationship she kinda has with him is kinda one sided, anytime she tries to explain something and he is around he like to jump in and finish what she is saying try to impress the all knowing heavenly librarian with his own knowledge- thought this backfires instead of help it annoys her. This scene is showing her pulling him to the side to attempt to talk to him about it but it doesn’t work as she sees how excited he is her brain forgot what she wanted to say

“ so I just talk to you about… well I’m glad you know all of that and it is quite impressive but it kind of isss…. REalLy cool? yeah, it is cool! Keep it up.. dude!?”

Oh I wish I could animate

If you know this song, my idea is a animatic of my oc- currently figuring name( the adult in the song) singing this to baby macaque while using magic to tell him the story. This shows his current love for storytelling. He loved to sit down and watch her tell and he misses it.

I have to draw a lot of gold and metal for my work, but wasn't happy with any of the metal tutorials i could find around. I prefer really specific instruction, so after some research i put together what i think works as a generalist's guide/tutorial. Not perfectly accurate, but i hope it's helpful!

So I did more drawings of my oc- trying to show more of her relationship with each person of the group. This one is for MK, she is like the cool wine aunt but she would technically be his grandma due to being more of a mom to Macaque. She got quite interested in him when is book became a front pager.. ( she has book that write themselves about a specific person so she can look at it to help write stories correctly. A front pager is a book the shows more importance in her eyes- like the golden vision thingy but for her books).

So I saw some art done for some of the lmk characters and I really liked how it was done- almost like a card so I tried to stick close to the style used as possible

Does the weird negative wiggly thing mean anything to the character… nope I just got excited at the chance of being able to use ✨negative wiggles ✨

Ta-da!! I want to make a comic on this character but I’m not confident enough to start that yet, would you guys be interested in a comic?

Simple base on her, immortal (idk if demon) she is in charge of writing down/ keeping all the stories of any importance, so like the journey to the west, or of mk, she has been around far before Wukung or Mac so she knows all about them, doesn’t really like sun wukung but pities Mac and mk. ( wukung isn’t allowed in the library)

this is so bad but i permanently cropped the file so brutally that i can no longer edit it. whoops! also panels 4-7 were fully coloured but it looks better without for some reason. pomni (penny?) is such an ugly crier. i love my horrible failgirl accountant

So I think I’m planing on changing the hairstyle, I grabbed the style for some art I saw(idk the original artist, I’ll try to find them again) but this is my own oc for lmk
