…That’s it? Ruri has done nothing to you, has barely interacted with you before now and you hate her outright because she acts indifferent? That is such a nothing reason. It would be one thing if Ruri was being an asshole towards others but she’s just been blasé and withdrawn around others and that’s it.
I am really hoping the story doesn’t treat Maeda as right for being an asshole to Ruri or at least give us a backstory that something did happen between Ruri and Maeda that Ruri just forgot about. I know people in high school can just be like this, but I really just want the story to get to a point where Maeda asks herself “Am I the Asshole?”
And I’m not opposed to Maeda disliking Ruri because Ruri rubs her the wrong way, it’s just that Maeda is completely unlikable in how (at least Ruri’s perspective) she’s being aggressive for no reason.
