We Are the Series - Episode 4

So not only do I have secondary couple syndrome (hello Q and Toey), I have fourth couple syndrome! I say this based on Peem/Phum being the main couple, Q/Toey second couple, Tan/Fang third couple and Chain/Pun fourth couple. I like all four so far but Q/Toey and Chain/Pun are bringing me more joy than the other couples so far.

Chain and Pun, whilst we might not get a lot of them, I’m loving every little minute we get of them! It’s so clear that Chain cares for Pun and is willing to do anything to help him and although Pun allows him to do that, it never feels like he’s doing it to take advantage of Chain’s kindness. The little smile on Pun’s face when he was lying against Chain and he had just given him food, showed how much he appreciates what Chain does for him.

Then there is Pun’s drunken ear biting - too cute!

I think Chain is beginning to realise that there’s some feelings that are more than friendship on his part towards Pun but I don’t think he’s quite realised that it’s love. With Pun, I can’t quite decide if he already knows he loves Chain or if he’s just happy that he’s got someone who he can rely on to look after him because he’s a walking disaster! 😂 I’m still hoping that it comes out that in Pun’s mind they’ve been dating for a while but I doubt it’s going to happen.
