A Bigeneration Gone Wrong
the Former Doctors’ body dies, being held by the newly-split incarnation, and as the Former leaks out their life force, beholden as shattering light, their body reverts, back to the old man who waited on a rooftop under a siege of all his Greatest Foes, swirling past the Witness of Bad Wolf, shooting across the Man Who wore Question Marks, whizzing past the Celery Man.
All this, while being held, being cared for so minutely by their next Self, all while locking eyes with the next person who gets to go sauntering off, feeling their body shifting back to the Child they were at the Gallifreyan Academy, whose gaze was pushed upon the untempered schism, the Timeless Child whose legacy was chosen for them; predestined.
And the void fills their eyes and they collapse under the weight of The Doctor.
And the new incarnation sits, with a limp body; a small, limp body, imploding with untold magnitudes of light, clutching that burning mass in their arms, and feeling it while they press it against their two hearts.

Isn’t The Doctor what we all deeply desire? Don’t we all want an alien to come to earth, solve all our problems, and then just…. Leave?

I’ve been having this theory about Doctor Who and the show as a whole.
We’re witnessing, actively, The Doctor’s mental compartmentalization of their traumatic lives. Every episode is a way that The Doctor has dealt with, mentally, a situation they’ve been put into. We are glimpsing inside their grief, their woe, their trauma and how they react and change due to it.
We’re witnessing the inner machinations of a time lord’s mind and how they have chosen to deal with their life choices, one hour a week.

Though their initial mutations were the result of long term nuclear war, it's actually an intense culture of propaganda and strictly enforced conformity policies that have kept the Daleks in their current state. Every Dalek undergoes surgery just after birth; not to mitigate the effects of irradiation, but to rid them of whatever is legally considered "imperfections to the Dalek form" (usually throwbacks to a humanoid body plan, such as teeth and hands) and physically ready them for their casing. Additional surgeries must occur throughout a Dalek's life to prevent them from becoming "rooted" - a painful, often fatal scenario in which the Dalek overgrows their own shell and cannot be safely removed. Not only does their homogeneity serve to reinforce their fervent belief in genetic superiority, but the resulting chronic health issues prevent insurrection; a Dalek's fear of losing access to regular healthcare colors much of their judgement, and most attempts at dissent end as soon as their painkillers run dry.

Vampires can’t eat human food right? But they also can’t get cancer or die, so they are probably inventing things like cheese flavored vapes

Had a dream where mini golf was added to the Olympics. And one of the Olympic mini golf athletes lost the gold because she hit the windmill.
And she tweets with a picture of the windmill and the caption “bout to go through my Don Quixote phase” and honestly I think that’s the funniest thing my brain has ever come up with.

news reporting on murders is always like ‘the victim was described by the people who knew them as polite and funny’ like yeah i fucking bet they did what else are they gonna say. breaking news local man stabbed 1000 times to death, grieving friends and family described the deceased to reporters as ‘a bit of a cunt’, ‘mean and bad’ and ‘just generally kind of annoying, you know?’
