Hey guyss!
I just can back from the doctor's appointment. They told me I needed to gain 2-3 kg so I could get my period back. They wish, huh? I need to LOOSE 2-3kg til the end of april. Anyways I don't know what to do because I want my period back but also dont want to gain.

Hi guys, so today was a great day!
I ate around 600 cal and burned about 700 cal. I'm going to bed now.
Tomorrow I have a doctor appointment because I lost my period over a half year ago.
I'm kinda nervous but it will be alright.

I'm on spring break and have to study alot.As an exception, I allow myself to have breakfast because I need energy, also to avoid binging. But ofc I will burn the calories later.
