ways to increase water intake
carry a 1L bottle with you everywhere you go
take sips regularly instead of chugging, it’s more beneficial
add lemon or cucumber to your water
have honey in warm water with cinnamon every morning
drink herbal teas like green or chamomile
eat fruits that have a high volume of water like watermelon
exercise often and you’ll become thirstier anyway
you’re often thirsty in the morning so keep a bottle on your bedside table to drink when you wake up

A few run on sentences full of cliches
I wanna smoke a cigarette laying down in a bed on the floor of a barely furnished poorly lit flat with old wood floors and brick walls in San Fransisco with Arctic Monkeys on vinyl playing next to me.
I wanna get dressed in my black turtle neck sweater and black skinny jeans and black doc martens and go to school where i practice my art and study literature, then go to a coffee shop full of plants and traveling hipsters and reminisce about my highschool years with some sort of political based book in my hand.
I want to sell tea and coffee out of my van-house and travel to forests and go spelunking and hiking and climbing in every cave trail or mountain i can find. I want to wear flannels and chacos and nike shorts. I want to make a quesadilla for me and a guest in my van on a portable hotplate and talk about Mac Demarco and Frank Ocean.
