yeah, okay. i don’t think the stuff on the website is a script like the stuff from the trailers.
It seems to just be some design-y scribbles used throughout the website in various ways, especially since all of it seems to just get repeated throughout the website.

My current favourite character in Breath of the Wild is Pikango, the incredibly shit artist who turns up around Hyrule to badly paint landscapes and hint me towards my lost memories. If you just talk to him, he seems to be this amazing and talented painter, but like if you look at the canvas
Tumblr media
I love him

You need to get at least 20% of an ingredient to put it in! Every additional 20% is another one of that same ingredient (ex: 20% Rock Salt = 1 Rock Salt, 40% Rock Salt = 2 Rock Salt)

Sometimes I do wonder if Nintendo is aware how little they're actually giving us in these trailers.
Y'all remember how they withheld the name from us for a while because they worried it would give too much away? And then when we actually got the name, it meant little-to-nothing to any of us.
Do they think everything they've given means a lot to us? Do they not realize it all means so little?

For as much as people were theorizing about the Zonai's relation to TotK, I haven't seen many posts pointing out how there's a lot of very Zonai-related things in the new trailer.
For one, multiple Zonai structures are notably affected.
Tumblr media
Such as the North Lomai Labyrinth being a hundred miles in the air! I believe the three Lomai Labyrinths are one of the only things canonically attributed to the Zonai. Though, some people believe they were made by impersonating groups, but either way, there's still a connection there.
Tumblr media
The Typhlo Ruins aren't shrouded in a permanent darkness anymore, either. And since these share a lot of design elements and architectural details with the remains of ruins in the Faron region, these are also attributed to the Zonai.
But it isn't just structures! The Zonai are related a lot to design motifs involving Owls (wisdom), Boars (power), and Dragons (courage). And we do see a couple dragon motifs!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
There's one on this sick-ass weapon Link is using. It's kinda hard to see due to the dramatic lighting and fast motion, but the cylindrical part is actually coming out of a dragon's mouth.
ALSO! It has some letters from the wall-carvings from the other Direct Trailer back in October.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The reason we don't recognize this language might be because this is Zonai script!
But there's another Dragon-motif, too! One that you might be a bit more familiar with.
Tumblr media
The front wheels of Link's equally sick-ass ride! I can't make out any more script on these, but if you compare them to other Zonai structures, you can tell this is definitely of the same architecture.
Tumblr media
At this point it's pretty damn definitive that the Zonai are gonna be related to the lore of this game somehow.

Returning to this because I realized something more;
The only town we’ve seen is Hateno.
We haven’t even gotten to see Kakariko yet. Nor Tarrey Town, Lurelin, or the Korok Forest.
Hell, we can go even further and point out we haven’t seen Robbie’s Lab, or any of the Divine Beasts!
It’s amazing how nothing the trailers actually are.
Anyone else notice that we haven't seen any of the non-Hylian territories?
Most of the close up shots are in Central Hyrule Field, if not in the sky or in a cave.
And all the sweeping shots are very carefully placed to cover them, to the point that it's pretty clearly purposeful.
Take this shot for example.
Tumblr media
In order of suspisciousness;
Zora's Domain is just off the left side of the screen, more or less. This isn't that odd, since it would admittedly be behind Upland Zora even if it was on screen.
Gerudo Town is so far away there's no point trying to make anything out. Gerudo Desert looks very empty, but that could be that things unload at a certain distance to prevent lag.
Eldin is right below Link here, but we can't see Goron City because of the platform Link is on. If the camera was any higher we'd be able to see it, so this starts to seem intentional. (Also, is the lava drained from Eldin? There's literally no lava seen at any point...)
But what's the most intentional seems to be how Rito Village is hidden. By all means, it should be fully in shot, completely visible from here. But, by "chance," there's a fuckin' cloud. Right in the way of where Rito Village is.
Like, that's so blatant. And pretty much every high-up shot seems to be like this. Everything is either right off screen, behind a mountain, has a cloud in the way, etc. It must mean something. It has too.
It's malice inducing.

I mean, I think that’s why he refers to Hyrule as “she”
He’s actually talking about Hylia
Hot theory fresh off the presses: Ganondorf wants to not rule Hyrule in TotK, but to completely destroy it. If there’s is no Hyrule, then his hope is that there is not cycle either. If he can destroy everything maybe there will finally be rest.
