So I have a question for anyone that has studied trauma. When I was 16 my family was in a near fatal car accident and I had a really bad concussion. We had stopped at a gas station and I had a really big dr pepper icee which tasted like flat dr pepper. I had taken a really big drink of it right before we were hit and then I was soaked in it. Because of the medicine for the aforementioned concussion I wasn’t conscious enough to shower for several days. Ever since then I can’t finish a dr pepper once it goes flat without feeling nauseous like when I was in the hospital. My mother says I’m just being picky and I don’t know if I’m just still getting over it or what but if there’s a term for that like a post trauma something could someone please tell me?

TL/DR; is there a term for a taste making me nauseous that I associate with a near fatal concussion?

I’ve just made a bet against my Dad that if this post gets 2 million notes then i can get a Puppy. [like the one underneath]

I didn’t realise how much 2 million was and i couldn’t take that number down now. It should look like 2,000,000 in the notes bar.

He’s convinced that this will never reach that number, and very confident about it so Let’s prove him wrong!! He thinks this will get about 25 notes beofre it’s left in the dust.

You don’t have to do it for me. But for the point and to prove him wrong. He has to pay and everything so let’s make him suffer with it!!

You describe me like you would anybody. Smart pretty nice. Is that it? Do you know so little about me that my description is so generic? Do you not pay attention whenever I talk about history and I get passionate and my eyes dance with excitement? Did you fail to notice the fluency my hands have when working with a crocheting hook? How inspiration hits me at odd moments and I sketch a face or a dragon or you? You. You whom I could describe a million times and still talk? You whom I would give my life for and sacrifice everything? But all you know about me is that I like reading books. You’re wrong. I don’t like reading books. I consume literature with a burning desire to see every place both real and nonexistent. I’ve met our first president and three different English Queens. I’ve had a sleepover in the Slytherin dorms and discovered I’m related to Annabeth Chase. I learn a language like my future depends on it and abandon it after a week. I hear music as often as I breathe and there’s hardly a minute I don’t have a tune in the background of my mind. I have so many more interests than you could care to list… and I think that’s the problem. You don’t seem to care to look past your weak description to see that I’m not definite. I guess that’s the problem. But is that it?
