So obviously I went off the rails a few years back. A lot has changed for me life wise. I’ve gotten married and begun a journey of trying to have a baby. My doctor wants me to work on my weight and my health since after trying for so long nothing has happened. So starting this new year (tomorrow) I will be working on eating better and doing basic toning workouts to get fit. Everything I am doing will try to be at home and fit into a daily schedule for anyone that works a normal job!

Day 35 (1/30/18)
This morning i was actually up 30 mins before my alarm...so i was pretty wide awake. 
For breakfast i whipped up a double chocolate coffee molten lava cake protein shake with coconut/almond milk instead of regular milk. The coffee part was actual cold-brew coffee and the double chocolate happened because i added my daily scoop of greens that was chocolate flavored. All this was thanks to unico nutrition. I also had my daily dose of multi-vitamins and fish oils. 
I snacked on some heart healthy nut mix about 9am. 
For lunch i had a garden salad with a grilled chicken breast from whataburger....ranch dressing of course. 
I did about 30 mins of light cardio before i took some of my Athena pre-workout and then got down to the really painful workout. 
For a warm up i did 3 rounds of 10 American kb swings, 100m row, 10 lunges. I then did my shoulder and leg stretches and my is, ys, and ts as my crossfire coach used to call them to warm up my shoulders. 
From here i did a skill/strength workout: 3 rounds of 2 wall-walks then 10 GHD setups. By the time i got to my last wall-walk i was sliding down the wall like in a cartoon or something lol. 
Here comes the WOD:
it was for time (which took me 24 mins and 24 seconds)
40 overhead plate lunges aka OH plate (10lb plate)
20 Burpees to plate aka B2P (25lb plate)
30 OH plate lunges
15 B2P
20 OH plate lunges
10 B2P
10 OH plate lunges
5 B2P
Not gonna lie i had to take some breathers when ever i could...my knees and shoulders were just not having this but i made it through & pretty proud of myself for it. 
After i was thru i mixed up some of my yumino bcaas to help with any soreness. & my recovery.
At first i had a major headache and was sure i was going to throw up but i did not. I originally did not want to cook and then when i looked at my bank account i knew i definitely needed to cook and not be eating out. 
So i had a hamburger patty and a big glass of ice cold milk for dinner. 
Thats been it for today hopefully i can continue tomorrow. 
It is honestly getting very difficult because i am not meal prepping and i am definitely getting tired of salads from whataburger. They are good but i just get bored with the same old thing....i definitely need to spice it up.

Day 34 (1/29/18)
I forgot to make myself a shake since i woke up late...so on the way to work i grabbed a sausage, egg and cheese taquito....i just nibbled on the inside and did not eat the tortilla part. I did have some hot sauce and salsa added to the eggs to give it some flavor. 
For lunch i had a garden salad with grille chicken breast and some ranch dressing from whataburger. 
After work was over i wanted to check on my baby and make sure everything was good. 
He decided to surprise me with a movie night at home with dinner. 
I got a taco salad with no beans. I did nibble on the taco shell and had a few chips.
In the long run i probably should not have because all that grease lately had messed with my stomach....i could not stop burping...i mean we are talking those grown men burps lol
I did not workout i just enjoyed my time with my baby.

Day 33 (1/28/18)
I decided the weekend was shot since i had already cheated so much on my meals and decided to enjoy myself before i made a change to my diet of having a cheat weekend...and work on making it only one day a week. 
Breakfast was prepared for us so i had some bacon, sausage, a bit of eggs and two fluffy, buttery, sryup-y pancakes!!!! 
I also got myself an cinnamon almond milk macchiato at starbucks later to wake me up since i had been wide awake the past few nights. 
when i got home i was still pretty full from breakfast so i ended up having a late lunch with my parents. We went to jalapeño tree and i decided to have some chicken fajita nachos. 
I spent most of the day mentally soothing myself as i did laundry, i also let my outside dogs out their pen to run a little while i cleaned the pin and changed out the food and water. 
For dinner i spent the evening at my love with his parents playing games and just visiting. For dinner they had tiger burgers (their specialty) and some chips....i had one patty and about a handful of chips. Later i was hungry so since i was eating carbs i decided to try one of my new Unicorn Bars (unico nutrition protein bar). I loved it...it felt like i was eating a candy bar but didn't have to feel guilty. Since it has a high carb count i really can only have them on cheat days....but they are delicious.

Day 32 (1/27/18)
Since it was Saturday i slept in and spent time with my baby since he was not feeling his best and i was just so thankful to have him safe at home. 
I skipped on breakfast.
For lunch though i picked us both up some tacos al pastor, i had three with a dr. pepper. There was also chips, queso and salsa to top it off with. 
I promised my mother i would spend some time with her this weekend so i met her for a little weekend get-away. Dinner was prepared for us...i mostly just nibbled on some chicken tenders and some fried catfish along with some fries. Also there was king cake since we were in louisiana. 
no workout....i was feeling artsy so i spent some time coloring...it definitely helped me relax over the weekend.

Day 31 (1/26/18)
Ill be honest do to the news i had gotten the night before i was not planning on working out this evening nor was i really caring about what i was eating....lets just say i was stressing eating. 
I did start out with good intentions at breakfast having my unico  protein shakes
But i got to work and there was kolaches...so i had one and some nuts as a snack later.
For lunch i was in a hurry and did not have time to wait on a salad..so i grabbed and order of chicken tenders with a medium fry.
Well towards the end of work i got some good news about the emergency and because of this i meet for dinner with everyone involved so we could all celebrate together. 
We went to jalapeño tree and i went in on some tamales and enchiladas...along with some chips and salsa. 
there was no workout since i was more worried on other things.

Day 30 (1/25/18)
I do know i am behind but a personal emergency happened and i focused on that for a while.
I did keep up with my food and carb count though thru my health app on my phone.
For breakfast i had an Apollo protein birthday cupcake shake from unico nutrition. 
For lunch I had some leftovers from the night before. I had smoked sausage, pan fried bacon and some steamed broccoli. I was still hungry and planning on a major workout later...so i got some baked popcorn chicken from the cafeteria at work. 
Before my workout i had some Athena Pre-workout to help push myself thru. 
For my workout i started with a warm up of rowing kettle bell swings and some stretching.
i think did some goat work on pull ups and trying to get double unders. 
for the workout i did two rounds for time 30 calorie row, 20 14lb medi-ball sit ups and 10 deadlifts at 235lbs. 
For dinner i was supper hungry but wanted a lot of protein so i had some of my yumino bcaas and then i had two orders of grilled nuggets from chickfila with avocado ranch (just the nuggets not side).
Here is about the time i got notified of the emergency and just went into the mode where i was not focused on my eating or working out.
Everything is good now and hopefully getting back to normal soon.

Day 29 (1/24/18)

For breakfast i had a chocolate molten Apollo protein shake
For a snack at about nine i had a serving of heart heathy nut mix
For lunch i had a garden salad with grilled chicken breast and ranch dressing. 
About 2 i got a notification that my package had finally been delivered form Unico Nutrition. Needless to say i rushed home soon as work was over and tore open the box....There in the bottom was the most beautiful sight i had seen. 
My big jug of birthday cupcake protein powder

My pre workout and my yumino backs
and to top it off my healthy journey kit of greens, fish oils and multi vitamins. 
I changed grabbed some preworkout and head out the door determined to hit the gym hard....and boy did i ever. Thank gosh for that pre workout it kicked in about the end of my strength sets and the beginning of the actually workout. Without it i would have been dead. 
For my workout i warmed up with two rounds of 10 good mornings, 10 single jumps on my new rope, 100m row and 10 air squats. 
I made sure to get some good running stretches in and roll out my back. 
The came the strength skills:
I did 8 @ 65% of my back squat max
6 @ 70%
4 @ 75%
3 @ 80%
2 @ 85%
2 @ 90%
2  @ 95% 
I started at 120 and ended at 175lbs. That last set i did not think i would make it but i managed to hit my depth and pull thru.
Im sure you are thinking dang that a great workout....however that was just the middle....now for the actual workout. 
WOD:
600m run
200 single jump ropes
50 air squats
200 single jump ropes
600m run
I completed all this in 22 minutes and 24 seconds. 
i definitely laid there for awhile on the soft, cool gym floor doing my best to breath. While backing up my stuff i mixed up some yumino bcaas to help with my recovery time. 
For dinner i came home ad did a mock of this low carb meal i had seen on pinterest. I pan-fried two strips of bacon, then i tossed in some ekrich skinless pork sausage with some minced garlic. While that was sizzling away i quickly steamed some fresh broccoli. Once steamed to perfection i tossed it into the pan with the meat to get some of the flavor all together. 
I ate half of this and saved the rest for lunch the next day.

Day 28 (1/23/18)
Due to the nature of crap not working in my house i will be having to type this very fast because the internet is being spotty. 
For breakfast i started with a chocolate peanut butter protein shake from my unico nutrition collection.
I then followed with a mid morning snack of heart healthy nuts and some unsweet tea. 
For lunch i had a grilled chicken garden salad with ranch from whataburger with a large unsweet tea and a lot of ice
After work was over i went to the gym (here is were things get interesting). MY lying cheating ex and the trashy hoe he was creeping around with workout there...i did not know this till after the signed up. Rumor had it heh had moved about a year ago...anyways three years having no contact and apparently the girl can't even stand the sight of me....i call that a win in my book. This did nothing but help full my workout confidence and my need to show out. 
For my warm up i did 2 rounds of 100m row, 10 air squats, 5 kip swings and 10 light weight american kettle bell swings. 
Then i got in a couple of stretches took some extra time since i haven't had tennis balls and pic pipes to roll out and massage my muscles. I made sure to get good stretches on my legs and in my shoulders since i would be using those a lot for my workout. 
For my strength: i did a building set workout. For 16  minutes every two minutes i  did a combination where i did a hang power clean + a regular from the floor power clean. I started with 55lbs and my last round ended with 120lbs. 
For the WOD: I did have to modify some movements because i would not have been able to finish.
For time (which took me 25:24)
3 rounds of 24 wall balls with 14 pound ball and 12 T2B (this i modified by laying down on the ground holding on the the rig and touching my toes up to the rig and back down)
*3 minute rest after i finished these three rounds* it was about 9:40 when i got to here
3 rounds of 20 box jump overs (about the second round i had to modify these to step overs because my knees where screaming) and 10 pull ups (purple band assisted of course)
After all this i was definitely starving...so i grabbed a strawberry watermelon gatorade....which was not helpful at all. I did not have water and it was the next best thing so i thought i was being healthy but have you look at the carb count!! and it is all FROM SUGAR, AAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 36 grams of it!!!!!!!!
Needless to say seeing this i got down on myself and felt bloated.
But i knew i had completed a tough workout and it would pay off. 
For dinner i went to chick-fil-a because i knew i would not have time to cook nor would i want to once home. I got a unsweet tea and a cobb salad with avocado lime ranch. Get this the salad has more carbs in it then the dressing done....ranch has hardly any carbs...your welcome lol. However i will say this that salad filled me up which was good because i was hella starving.
Well that was it for this day. Hopefully ill have time to cook soon  and ill whip something delicious up to break my feeling of a rut.

*oh coming soon* i found this great low carb breakfast recipe that i can not wait to try and show y'all!!! Its gonna change the game for sure.

Day 27 (1/22/18)
I was excited, to day was the day my Unico Nutrition supplies was to come in (according to the ups number). 
For breakfast i used on of the last packets i had of my unico protein powder...i mixed up a breakfast smoothie using my molten chocolate cake protein powder with a scoop of my daily greens from Unico as well to help make sure i got a serving of veggies and some vital vitamins, with some skim milk and ice. 
For a snack i had a serving of heart healthy nut mix and some unsweet tea. 
For lunch i got a garden salad with grilled chicken and a thing of creamy ranch dressing. 
As the day went on i chewed on some ice and gum to keep myself busy and cut not the cravings for sure. 
When i got done with work i figured my pre-workout and all my other nutrition items would be at home and knew i was feeling on the tired side i would need that pick me up. 
When i got home at about 6, my stuff still had not been delivered. I was suppose to receive it by 8 tonight....but we have snail mail out here in the country and i probably will get it tomorrow around lunch while i am at work. 
About this time i realized i was gonna just have to workout either at home or something my new jump rope i had ordered showed up...unfortunately i have to size it and i did not have some of the tools  i needed to do this. 
From here i realized i was hungry and feeling tired...so i decide to take some of my friends up on an offer to go eat. They had been messaging about getting together and i was just always busy. So messaged them and we all got together at newks. 
I got the broccoli and cheese soup in a cup along with half a turkey avocado (no bread). We all had been eyeing the red velvet cake so we ended up getting a slice...i nibbled on the edges so i probably had about maybe 1/4 of the slice. 
It was good and it gave me a little pick me up after a long day...that and some great catching up and hilarious conversation. Plus i was still on the low side  of my carb count...i was just under 200 calories away from 1500 and i was at only 20% carbs for the day...so i did pretty well for myself. 
Hopefully i will have my vitamins tomorrow and that might help with some of the tiredness I'm feeling. 
I can not wait for Marde Grasi this weekend with my mom and friday when i get to have dinner with my baby. Well off to bed early morning and a busy week ahead...i have a doozy of a WOD planned for myself this week.

Day 26 (1/21/18)
For breakfast i did not have a kitchen so i had to improvise. I had bacon, sausage links, and some scrambled eggs with ketchup and hot sauce. 
I ran some errands pickup stuff for my love that he needed and dropped by with breakfast/lunch for him before i came home. 
On the way home i started feeling sick the food had been on the really, really greasy side (like i mean even the eggs had been greasy i did not finish my plate) and it was not agreeing with me. Plus my stomach cramps where acting up...so between my stomach rumbling and the cramps i ended up having to pull over and get sick.
It was 2 hours later around lunch time and my cramps where getting worse...i decided to get some lunch so that i could take my cramp meds. Bad thing about my medicine is it can cause stomach ulcers so the label says to make sure i eat or drink milk. Well not having any milk and on the road...i went by wendys...their nuggets are delicious i must day and do not have that greasy factor i get when i have the ones from mcdonalds...nor are the fries very greasy to me either. This marked my 3 cheat meal and completed my idea of 3 meals a day. 
After lunch and finishing the drive i was still feeling kinda puny so i did not go into town to workout....i spent my time resting and sleeping. 
For dinner i decided on a natural peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread and a handful of kettle cooked chips with some milk. 
After this i went to bed early to make sure i was prepared for my work week.

Day 25 (1/20/18)
This morning was a very crazy day for me...i got up early to make sure i got everything down i needed...unfortunately i slept through my first alarm that was suppose to wake me up for my early morning workout. My second one was later in the morning to remind me to go by the store to get stuff to make breakfast with later. Since i got the since i got the second alarm i ended up making skinless pork sausage links and some sausage patties for breakfast with a glass of cold milk. 
Soon as i was done with breakfast it was about 9:50, mom and i had to go to the barn and get the tractor going to be able to get the truck unstuck from the backyard. 
On this not....that thing is a pain in the @$$. The hayrack was on the front instead of the bucket and we needed the bucket to be on there so if the tractor ended up getting stuck we would walk it out. Now these things are suppose to interchangeable (easily)....BUUUTTTTT NOOOOOO they are not. We spent a hour and a half just on trying to get the bucket back on the tractor...no mater how we did it the holes for the pins would just not line up for us to but the bolts thru. BY 11:30 my attitude was in full check and i was doing my best to rain it in. 
Mom finally admitted defeat and decided we would wait for my older cousin to get back so we could use his tractor. On a side note my family is pretty awesome...we definitely do our best to look after each other. 
Mom decided she would busy granny with putting her new sink i suggested she get.
When we got home granny had been cooking...unfortunately for me everything she was cooking i really could not have fro two reasons the first cause of the fact it was all carbs or fried....second i do not like meat fried unless its chicken (haven't for 28 years) and i do not like pork (haven't for 28 years). So when i walked int say creamy, butter mash potatoes slathered in gravy with purple hull peas and fried pork chops...i knew i was going to be eating in town.
I went to Newks and got a turkey avocado sandwich but without the bread...and i ordered the tomato basil soup but i did not catch it till it was brought to the table that they had put down loaded potato as my cup of soup...i decided i would go ahead and eat it since i was already in a hurry i needed to get back to the house. 
While eating my granny called and asked me to get something sweet so i ordered a piece of this new chocolate peanut butter mouse cake the had. At home we all split it evenly three ways, so yes i did have some. 
Since my love is out of town for work i decided to go and see him.....i ended up leaving when i had planned but due to the fact my parents needed me to come back and stand on the trailer so the goal cart would not flip off it i ended up being an hour later than i wanted to be. This i am still not happy about. 
Since i was going to get there so late i went ahead and went through a fast food drive thru and got a nugget meal...This makes my 2 cheat meal. I did very well did not use any sauces to rack up the count and made sure to drink water. 
The rest of the evening i spent visiting with my love.

Day 24 (1/19/18)
I had two patties left from when i did all my meal prepping but i knew that would not last me through the day...so i went got some scrambled eyes with sausage bits mixed in and ate that for breakfast. 
bad news...about lunch time i realized i had forgotten my chicken and brussel sprouts in the car....and thanks to the heat wave that came back there was no way it was going to be edible. However my mom sort of came in the clutch. She felt since i had done such a good job that I deserved a little reward. She bought a fish basket from me. SO i did have a cheat meal. 
I know i said i was going to have a cheat day but i decided with the way events happened in my family it was making it difficult to set up one day where i would have free paces on meals...i felt like this was opening it up for me to pig out all day...and i did not like this. SO i decide i would space my meals out over the weekend. 
Since i had the fish and fries for lunch i made sure to get my workout in...
I made sure to warm up and get some good shoulder stretches in... i did 3 rounds of 100meter row, 10 burpees, 10 air squats after this i did 5 inch worms to help with my shoulders.
For strength i did a 10 min build up on my hang snatch...every minute i made sure to do the movement and then go up in weight. I got up to 75lbs and after that i had to stay there it was a struggle and i was not feeling very confident in going higher at that point. 
the WOD:
in 9 mins i tried to do as many rounds as possible of the following moves:
5 power snatches at 65lbs
10 pull ups (purple band-assisted of course)
I got 3 full rounds plus 4 snatches.
Let me tell you i got the bruises from this one and all those power cleans the other day...:(
For dinner i did my best to make sure i did nothing crazy especially since i had one of my cheat meals at lunch. Sooo i decided to have a southwestern grilled chicken salad with no corn or black beans from chick-fil-a.

Day 23 (1/18/18)
Tomorrow is pay day and i can not wait of for it to hit because i can order all my vitamins and  protein stuff from Unico Nutrition!!! Already have my cart all set up just gotta wait to pay lol. My amazon cart is the same way cause i have workout stuff for the gym and valentines day gifts for my baby in there. 
For breakfast i had my two turkey sausage patties and scrambled spicy eggs, with a glass of cold milk to wash it down with. 
Due to the fact i was up early for once in about 4 days i had the caffeine urge so i got myself a good size cup of coffee with some creamer but no sugar and drank it up. I snacked around 10 on a serving of my heart healthy nut mixer. 
For lunch I had my chicken primavera and brussel sprouts...i drank a good amount of water with this as well.
About 2 i was feeling a sweet tooth urger so i had 2 chocolate kisses to help boost me some and to hopefully curb my hunger until after my workout.
Workout was a killer this time....having been so long since my last workout it was brutal. 
To warm up i did 3 rounds of 100m run, 5 burpees and 10 air squats. 
To stretch i did a few running stretches, 5 inch worms and the a couple of band assisted shoulder stretches....i tried to get really stretchy because it was cold and  it had been about a week since i had worked out. 
For strength i took about 20 mins and built up to a heavy squat snatch...being out so long and not being able to do pull ups or anything of that nature...i have lost a lot. By the time i got up 75lbs it was a struggle i had to do it a second time to make sure i was catching it in the squat. Once i got to my 1 rep max weight of 85lbs. I had to power snatch it and then drop in to a squat this took some time to make sure i was getting the depth i wanted and not dropping it lol. 
For my workout....i did four rounds for time:
400m followed by 15 hang-powercleans at 65lbs
This took me roughly about 18mins and 37seconds. 
Im sure i am going to regret it in the morning especially on saturday, cause the second day is always the worse!
For dinner i had chicken primavera, a handful of raw baby spinach and a side of italian seasoned brussel sprout halves. 
Well that is about all for the day. My best friend has a baby coming and i need to work some more on the baby sampler i am making for her before the little one gets here.  Plus i need to check on my baby at work.

Day 22 (1/17/18)
Work opened later that usual to allow the ice to hopefully melt....which it didn't. I spent about 45 mins with de-icer, my car defrost on full blast and a screwdriver trying to get the ice off  my windshield so i could get to work. The de-icer would melt the ice a bit the re-freeze!!!!!!
For breakfast since i was not home  due to the fact i was trapped by the weather the day before i did not have a meal prep breakfast. Sooooo...i had to improvise...i went through whataburger drive thru and ordered a sausage egg taquito and a large unsweet tea. I did not eat the taco i just ate the eggg sausage cheese mixture on the inside with some picante sauce....it was pretty good actually. 
For lunch i went back to whataburger and got a grilled chicken garden salad with ranch dressing...i did not have much time to finish it all so mostly ate the chicken and about half the lettuce. 
Since i had not been home for about two days...i had to check on my dogs and make sure the house was in order...so i did not go to workout....plus it was still just to cold and i did not feel like it honestly. 
For dinner i had my primavera chicken and brussel sprouts i had prepared the other day. I also added a handful of fresh raw baby spinach to nibble on. To wash it all down with i had two glasses of milk and it was delicious. Hit the spot.  
I went to bed early in the hopes i would be energized in the morning.

Day 21 (1/16/18)
Due to the snow and ice everywhere here in Texas work was closed down for the day. Actually pretty much everywhere was closed down...in other words i was trapped so no workout. 
I had woken up early to my alarm right as i got the alert message that work was closed, so i went back to sleep and got a few extra hours. 
For breakfast i had some of my meal prep...i had two turkey sausage patties (on the small size so about one serving) and two eggs scrambled up with my spice mixture to give it some flavor.  Not have any water or milk i ended up drinking a sprite zero...which according to the nutritious facts has no carbs so go me. 
I spent most of the day sleeping off and on which often happens with cold weather with me...so i actually kinda slept thru lunch. I snacked on a few of my heart healthy nut mixture....and nibbled on a small sized homemade brownie a little later so i could take my cold medicine. 
Most of my time was spent  watching Law&Order special victims unit....i get hooked on that show pretty often....wish netflix had all the season but they only have the few latest. 
For dinner i had my stuff that i had prepared for lunch at work...It was a take on chicken primavera....it was skinless boneless chicken breast trimmed of fat that i had stuffed with tomatoes, onions and baby spinach then baked with cheese sprinkled on the top...i added my take by mixing up enchilada spices and seasoning the chicken with that. For my side i had halved Brussel sprouts seasoned with coconut oil and Italian seasoning. To drink i had another sprite zero. 
Having missed lunch made this very difficult to not be hungry but i struggled through and made sure not to eat anything after dinner.
It was a very lazy day.

Day 20 (1/15/18)
This morning when i woke up i was still not feeling well...i drank some water hoping that would help with my headache then rolled over and went back to sleep. 
Later i got up and decided to eat two hard boiled eggs and had five pieces of bacon so that i could take my medicine. 
Once this was done mom was like oh when you get done eating we need to haul some fire would up from the shed to the back porch because we are going to be building a fire all this week. So i spent most of the morning hauling firewood from the back of the shed into the truck, then from the truck on to the back porch.
After this was done we of course got the truck stuck in the back yard due to the fact it has been so wet and cold lately...so now the truck is going to be in the back yard until this weekend when hopefully we can get the tractor and get it out...fat chance with the fact me have all this snow and rain coming in. 
I went to take my love some lunch and was going to work out but my mom called and asked me to pick up some potatoes so they could cook lunch  so i ended up having to cut workout out to make it home with the potatoes. Now my grandmother was in charge of the steaks...we (mom and i) both wanted they broiled. For this reason i did not stop and get myself something to eat i decide i would steam up some broccoli or green beans. Well of course when i get home they start cooking i wait to let them finish before i go in to make my sides....well when mom comes back in the living room she is carrying a fried steak and french fries....now remember i was expecting broiled steak and here is perfectly tender steak that has been battered and deep fried into something i can not eat......i was thoroughly annoyed. 
So i ended up meal prepping for the rest of the week.  I ended up making a take on chicken primavera using tomatoes,onions, and spinach. I sprinkled this with mexican style cheese. I also seasoned the chicken with mexican spices to give it a flavor. For a side dish i made Italian seasoned brussel sprouts halves. They actual turned out pretty good. I then prepared my breakfast for the next few days, turkey sausage and scrambled eggs for the next two days. 
For dinner my sweet love got me a fajita chicken salad. He made sure to get the beans left off so they would not be wasted. I then had a zero carb zero calorie sprite to finish off the day. now to hope that the snow does not get to thick in the morning so i can get to work.  Later
