Young Justice: Outsiders Prequel Comic Preview Images
Well it’s confirmed that Miss Martian and Superboy still have yet to get back together and obviously some time has passed as Miss Martian has her longer hair back. Plus something has obviously happened during the time jump as previously things were looking great between Conner and M’gann as it looked like they were on the verge of getting back together. However, something happened, maybe this mission is simply bringing up old wounds or… that something has once again caused some friction between them since we last saw them.

BREAKING NEWS!!!
So, last night I was just hanging around when one of my followers (He asked me not to say who he is for whatever reason) contacted me via messaging that he apparently had actual inside information on certain events that will happen in Young Justice season three! Now, of course I’m like “Pfft. Yeah, sure, pal,” but I thought I’d still share what he told me with you all anyway in case it actually turns out to be true. Plus now I can actually say, in the words of the great Sportsmaster, “Let’s just say I have an inside source. Very inside.” (If you did not read that in his voice, shame on you. Do better next time) So, without further ado, here’s what he told me! And remember to please take this with the biggest grain of salt possible as I’m still trying to get proof of the credibility of this source…
First, on M’gann and Kaldur since they’ve been absent from all promotional material so far: M’gann is still alive and apparently not in a coma like I had thought. She’s actually retired as a hero and is living with her fiance, Conner, who is also retired (At least before Dick comes by their house he is). M’gann does get back into the hero game eventually, but not for a while. Kaldur, however, is not retired and is still in fact leading The Team. He also has a boyfriend: a fellow Atlantean whose name my source did not disclose. He did, however, say that Kaldur’s boyfriend will be a new character, so not Garth or Lagoon Boy for those of you who ship him with either of those two
Sidenote on Supermartian: yes, they are engaged as mentioned above, and, also yes, they do get married during this season and we get to see their wedding. Yay!!!
On Bluepulse being canon: yes, it most definitely is. Bart and Jaime will officially be a couple. However, I’m sad to say (And desperately hope it isn’t true) that Jaime dies during this season. Queen Bee apparently uses the Scarab Temple under her base to take control of Jaime’s Scarab and turn him against his teammates. He is then killed by Traci 13 since magic is apparently the Beetle armor’s only real weakness, as seen in Darkest. And, no, Traci did not intend to kill Jaime. She used her magic to destroy his Scarab, which she did not know would kill him in the process
Another person who dies, unfortunately, is Stephanie Brown. My source didn’t say how she dies, but he did say that this death will actually be faked a la War Games. Stephanie is planned to return in future seasons. However, there will be more deaths that are permanent other than Jaime’s. Watch out and get your tissues ready if that’s the case
My source can confirm, however, that the following characters do not die: Static, Beast Boy, Arrowette, Wonder Girl, Tim Drake, Lagoon Boy, Red Arrow, and his daughter Lian
Funny enough, Dick is actually already married to Barbara by the time season three starts. However, their marriage has problems stemming from the riskiness of being superheroes as well as dealing with Barbara’s paralysis which will have happened during the time jump. They get divorced at some point this season, but part on good terms, and Dick is then met with another new love interest: Starfire, who is one of the victims of metahuman trafficking elsewhere in the galaxy. I know Starfire isn’t technically a metahuman, but I guess the bad guys were just looking for really anyone with some sort of powers
Thunder and Lightning are both going to be new characters introduced on The Team. And no, Thunder is not Traci 13′s love interest like I had previously considered
Red Hood and Damian Wayne do not appear this season. Cassandra Cain, however, will
The Z in Katanna’s designation number that we saw actually stands for “zero” as in non-existent. The Z people were recruited by Nightwing, not Batman, as a sort of “last line of defense/ultimate spy squad” type of thing. He did this without Batman or the Justice League’s permission or knowledge as well, hence the “non-existent” part
The G in Halo’s designation number is for “New Gods.” Forager gets a designation like that too
And finally, most important of all, Wally does in fact come back to life, apparently thanks to Halo’s powers somehow. He then takes on the mantle of The Flash when Barry decides to retire
That’s it, everybody! That’s all my source has told me so far. I’ll come back to you with more information if he gives me any, along with anything I find on just how credible this dude is
