The Gazette : Future ☆
Ruki: The future is interesting because you can’t see it. I sometimes wonder what I would do if I could see my future. Would I give up, or would I still try to change it? I think you can change your future with your own efforts.
Kai: The future is like a white sheet of paper. It’s interesting to see how much you can ‘leave your mark’ on that paper. Like love. It all starts with a white sheet - it’s really intriguing what kind of color the two will paint that paper.
Reita: Something unexpected always happen. Maybe you’ll die tomorrow. So I try to live each second to the fullest.
Uruha: I like to think about the future. I always try to imagine what happens next. It’s fun. Or let’s say, I have hope in the future.
Aoi: Nobody ever 'sees’ the future, still everybody knows the meaning of that word. I feel the mystery of this universe in this word.

Please don't forget Armenians
Today is Armenian genocide remembrance day. On april 24, 1915 started mass deportations of hundreds of Armenian intelectuals and community leaders, who were (most of the time) eventually killed. Armenian women and children were systematically r//ed and forcibly converted into islam. There were more than 2 milion Armenians in ottoman empire prior to ww1, 1,5 milion of them were viciously killed. Three millennia of Armenian civilaziation in eastern Anatolis was fully destroyed. Turkey today refuses to acknowledge genocides of christian minorities in early 20th century.
Do you know that mass ethnic cleansing of Armenians in ottoman empire inspired Lemkin to coin the term 'genocide'?
Last year in september azerbaijan allied with turkey initiated a war against Armenia. More that 5000 Armenians were murdered, thousands of Armenia families had to live their ancestrial land to not get murdered. There are hundreds of vids on internet where armenian p.o.w.s are tortured. Recently azerbaijan opened a "museum" displayind dead or dying Armenians and kids were allowed to visit it.
Please educate yourself on Armenian genocide. You can also donate here to help Armenia. Thanks for reading!!

“It’s not that I want to stand out above everyone else in this band. But, there’s the side of me that rushes into things… After all, I’m the one who says ‘I want to do this,’ and of course I want them to come along. So…I think that probably, there are also members who lost their individuality in all this. And, if the members lost interest […] and just solved everything with saying ‘I’m fine with just following,’ then that would probably be it—I would give up on a band like that.
But, I mean, it clearly is not like that. Clearly there are things they want to do too. If that’s the case, they should bring things in more. There might be limits to our band right now but I want them to make songs that will surpass those, and I want to hear those things. Because the GazettE is the thing I want to do the most.”
— Ruki, the GazettE (Ongaku no Hito November 2013)
