I recently came across the work of the artist Luo Yang. Her work immediately mesmerised me as it showcased an imperfect beauty that goes just beyond the idea of subjectivity. The moments she captures reflected a spontaneous element of reality and vulnerability in the environment of her portraiture thus revealing her subjects and moments as they are. It is an unexplainable celebration of individualism and that the new generational world is changing.
