(FTM) part of the barrier with bottom surgery (phallo, I’m not a good candidate for others) for me is that I want to see what improvements/options there are in 30 years, and the healing period, and the possibility of multi stage surgery… vs a healed bottom surgery just magically appearing. I think that mtf bottom surgery and ftm are drastically different enough to warrant really different answers in terms of if people would get them without cost barriers. Just some thoughts
