‘ये दिल माँगे मोर’, ये वो शब्द थे जिन्होंने कारगिल युद्ध में अपनी वीरता के लिए परमवीर चक्र पाने वाले कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा को भारतवासियों के दिलों में जगह दी. बचपन से ही परमवीर चक्र हासिल करने का सपना देखने वाले कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा की मौत अपने साथी सैनिक की जान बचाते हुए हुई थी. कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा की मौत के ख़बर जब उनके घर पहुंची तो उनके पति गिरधारी लाल बत्रा घर पर मौजूद नहीं थे. वहीं, सेना की ओर से कई अधिकारी अपनी सांत्वना देने पहुंच चुके थे. जब वो घर वापस आए उनके घर के दरवाज़े पर तमाम लोग खड़े थे. घर के अंदर भी कई लोग मौजूद थे, तभी उनकी नज़र कैप्टन बत्रा की मां की ओर गई.  कैप्टन बत्रा की मां ने अपने पति को मंदिर में जाकर माथा टेकने को कहा. गिरधारी लाल बत्रा सीधे मंदिर में गए और माथा टेका. इसके बाद जब वो बाहर आए तो उन्हें ये बताया गया कि कैप्टन बत्रा नहीं रहे.... जब कैप्टन विक्रम बत्रा का अंतिम संस्कार किया गया तो शहर का लगभग हर शख़्स वहां अपने हीरो को आख़िरी विदाई देने के वहां पहुंचा था. इस तरह दिल मांगे मोर कहने वाले विक्रम बत्रा इस दुनिया से विदा हो गए.#rashtratak#india#news https://www.instagram.com/p/B0dzfoPp9J6/?igshid=fw3h1ohn4p8s
