"hey! to be perfectly fair, we both know i have poor impulse control. and besides, it doesn't have to be like... whatever you're thinking," she narrows chocolate hues playfully. it's not a lie, considering her vivacity and quickness to react since the night they met. remembering how different their styles are is a learning curve, but she makes a secret note to herself to slow down whatever physicality and feels a hinted blush scorching her cheeks. she doesn't even understand herself sometimes. while she's momentarily lost in thought, she feels the pressure of his arms tighter and tighter around her petite frame and she fake coughs for dramatic effect. "that's far from it." he denies, snorting at the innocence. it was actually her lips on his neck, there's no way she couldn't know that. at least, he thinks so. "oh, but this particular part? cause you felt like it." billy mocks, blues go playfully rolling. "i didn't say that either." but won't admit to it, that he likes it. glancing down, she can't get any closer and on one hand he thinks maybe it's too close. but on the other hand, they've already been close as humanly possible so why should it matter? he should just cave to the affection, but a part of him still doesn't know how to accept it. so wrapping his big arms around her, he claims to himself he's doing it to see how tight he can squeeze her until she says something about it as a game.

"doing what? being cute?" she asks oh-so-innocently to deflect whatever he's implying, even fluttering her lashes for an extra effect. "besides telling the truth." a little compliment never killed anybody, and she's always had a flirtatious streak. the truth is, she wasn't trying to 'do' anything. she almost didn't realize what she was doing, being affectionate is as natural and automatic for cindy as breathing. "maybe i just kissed you 'cause i felt like it," she giggles, as if they haven't done that more times than she can count on her fingers before. but then she remembers. she's not supposed to do anything first. she's got to get better at that. "but if you want me to stop, i will," she adds simply in a sweet tone, scooting closer to press herself against him for even more warmth and nuzzling her face into his neck.

"Oh, no... it's not that kind of cure. It's like, it's a band. They can't make you better. I mean, they can. But like, Emotionally."
