I ain’t gonna beat around the bush, folks–this post has been a long time coming. Over the past year, I have somehow stumbled into my new favorite genre, leaving the careful days of YA comforting fantasy reads behind (but not forgotten!). I used to never be one for the dark, grisly, and not so man-made horrors beyond comprehension. But with the help of time, mind devouring storytelling, and gut wrenching emotions the world loves to carve out of us all, tastes have changed! Oh my god I was comparing the censored and uncensored Picture of Dorian Gray again and in the uncensored version Lord Henry has 27 pictures of Dorian in his possession but they censored it to be 17. 27 whoa way too gay bring that down to a reasonable heterosexual number like 17 no homo!

She Who Became the Sun illustrations by Przemysław "Trust" Truściński
Okay I did some digging around and managed to find an ebook version of the illustrated Polish edition (Ta, która stała się słońcem) of She Who Became the Sun by Shelley Parker-Chan!! I got my copy from swiatksiazki.pl with the help of automatic translation.
