Cyrus Vance has made headlines all over the world for failing to charge Harvey Weinstein, Donald Trump JR and Ivanka Trump in actions that seem to have merited charges. It seems renowned stock promoter Eric Van Nguyen could have received the same treatment. His co-conspirators were charged in this massive fraud and picked up - but Eric Van Nguyen got away. The pump and dump fun on SBFM started with a valuation from MNP of SBFM's tech @ nearly $1.2 Billion @ http://sunshinebiopharma.com/press/ISDR-PROOF-Sunshine-Bio.pdf. On the four days leading up to that PR at the end of June - SBFM ran from .0029 to .026/ If that wasn't enough they came back with a PR a few days ago with a PR about a $10 million financing from Jitney Trade which is a firm that made its name doing executions for day traders. A firm right next door to the AMF would have us believe that they would raise $10 million for a stock which has gazillions of shares out a price of just over a penny. Fabrice Benoit has documented links to Eric Van Nguyen a penny stock promoter he accused while he was investigating Nguyen at the AMF. He then left the AMF at Suzanne Cote’s request to join Cote at Osler. Cote looked the other way as Benoit took on Nguyen as a client at Osler despite the fact his wife (Nathaly Marcoux) was handling Nguyen’s case at the AMF. Marcoux successfully shielded Nguyen from prosecution despite the fact Nguyen was accused in the US. This kind of behavior should have been a  red flag for Cote but given this story https://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/new-supreme-court-judge-challenged-on-conduct-as-a-lawyer-in-two-cases/article21964776/ - we are not surprised that Benoit’s breach of ethics was not questioned. Only in Quebec - could this happen! 

Eric Van Nguyen was identified as one of the main players who used the services mentioned in the Panama Papers. Despite this - the AMF and the SQ never investigated or charged him. Maybe UPAC needs to investigate the Eric Nguyen cover up orchestrated by Fabrice Benoit.

David Gallant from the AMF is just too lazy to do his own job so we decided to give him a hand. Why don’t you focus David and start a file on ETST, QSMG and NAFS? They are all pump and dump jobs run by Montrealers. These groups all have links back to Eric Van Nguyen and John Babikian - two guys you let off! Wake up and do your job! 

$NAFS is being promoted by Jimmy Liakopoulos out of Montreal. Jimmy is an ex-broker from Dundee Securities and he is a well known promoter who worked hand in hand with Eric Van Nguyen. He is in charge of this new pump and dump and he should be investigated by the SEC and AMF.

The #AMF needs to wake up. This afternoon (05/27/2017) we went for a walk in Old Montreal and we found the guys from IOTA (http://iotaf.com/) giving courses to “daytrading” rookies. This stuff should be monitored. The owner of this daytrading “school” parked his $20,000 motorcycle in front while raking cash from people inside. This really must be the top of the market.

Looks like Fabrice Benoit of Osler managed to Trump the investigation of Eric Nguyen by the AMF and the SQ. The AMF initiated an investigation into Nguyen under Fabrice Benoit’s watch at the AMF. In that investigation they told him he was guilty of securities fraud. Once Benoit left for Osler - Nguyen followed and became a client. Like magic - the charges against Nguyen were shelved. His girlfriend Nathaly Marcoux was put in Benoit’s place at the AMF to make sure the AMF never investigated Nguyen again. In fact the SQ (Sgt. Patenaude) was investigating Nguyen for fraud and they were waved off by his counsel. There are multiple examples of obstruction in Benoit and Marcoux’s interference in Nguyen’s case. Why isn’t this being investigated by the RCMP or SQ? Why aren’t journalists asking questions? Trump ain’t got nothing on Fabrice Benoit.

The AMF web keeps growing with this appointment of Yan Paquette to the top legal job in the province as evidenced here @ http://www.premier.gouv.qc.ca/actualites/communiques/details.asp?idCommunique=3197. This ex AMF insider has been in Quebec City since he worked there with Nathalie G. Drouin and they both let Eric Nguyen and Tony Papa walk. He has a history of issues and this appointment is clear manipulation of the system and should be investigated by UPAC. $LRGR is the latest pump and dump backed by Fenwood Capital. Fenwood Capital is headed by Jimmy Liakopoulos - a known associate of Eric Van Nguyen. Eric Van Nguyen and Jimmy Liakopoulos have partnered for years and now they are working on a string of pump and dumps that should be investigated by the AMF and the SEC. Readers are invited to Google Fenwood Capital and you will find plenty of references to Fenwood Capital on pumps and dumps like $PGSY and $LRGR.

ETST crashes by 75.95% in under 3 months from a high of $3.95 to a close on Friday of .9498. This stock is melting like snow and the AMF is doing nothing about it. Why? The management is from Laval. Investors are getting killing and millions are being lost. This is a pure pump and dump and regulators just don’t seem to care.

Mike Strizzi worked hand in hand with Eric Van Nguyen and Tony Papa on the GWBU pump and dump and the AMF has been advised in writing - yet they did nothing. Eric Van Nguyen and Tony Papa escaped the long arm of the law on this scam and Mike Strizzi did as well. Nguyen and Papa stayed in Quebec but Strizzi ran to China (as per his Linkedin profile). Why would Strizzi think he had to run? Did the other guys point the finger at him - hmmm, yes ! No honor among thieves - is 100% when it comes to these three. They need to be investigated now.

John Babikian is a well known pennystock promoter from Quebec. He was a partner of Eric Van Nguyen for years and was responsible for hundreds of millions in losses between 2010-2014. It appears he is back in business and was involved in the promotion of HADV which was a successful (for him) pump and dump which imploded in 2016. The AMF let him go but maybe the SEC will stop him. Shame on you - AMF !
