So i was rewatching Shattered for a post when i noticed something for the first time.
Usually on that scene where Tails tells Sonic i usually look at Tails becuse he stands out more to me, but for the first time i was looking at Sonic instead, and i noticed he made some sort of expression, but couldn't discern what, so i looked at it again and

rolled his eyes at him
He literally just forgave you after you ignored his warnings and fell for Eggman's trap (whether Tails could have explained himself better is not relevant, he felt ignored and you apologized), and literally the same day, he tells you to be careful and you roll your eyes at him. No wonder he was so upset at you ignoring him, no wonder he was so dismissive about your apology. You probably ignore him all the time, he knew you were just going to do whatever you wanted, of course he didn't take you seriously.

looking at "cringe sonic ocs" and it reminds me that people usually stop calling it cringe only if and when the art is supposedly good. like ive seen several suddenly get banger updated art a decade later and theyre "awesome now". like you cant act like you didnt dog on it in winters past bc now it "looks good". you aren't suddenly "in on the joke", you're the one that turned someone's special guy into a target in the first place. eat my shoe
#and it's not just ocs even#if you ship something obscure people would be like “wtf people ship this??” or “people ship anything these days” but#but someone makes good looking fanart and suddenly it's a hidden gem of a ship#honestly I lost the ability to feel cringe for my ocs ages ago#rn for sonic I don't have ocs that are like... protags in their own stories. they're mostly supporting characters for the canon ones#but in one of my more recent fandoms I had an oc who was a distant cousin of the main villain who came to live with him#(for health reasons didn't know he was evil) and got the attention of like 3 main characters *and* helped the villain turn his life around#lmao#one thing I'm sometimes worried about is people thinking my ocs are self-incerts because I like me some ocxcanon#and sometimes the canon in question is a teenager and I don't want any weird misunderstandings

This short comic was featured in the anthology doujin "CLAMP in Wonderland 1994." This doujin is mostly known for the infamous short story where Kakyoin from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure lays an egg.
If you're in the Jojo fandom and always wondered why Sonic is on the cover of that doujin, this is why.
