RANDOM TBOI ITEM REVIEW: ITEM 29
Harlequin baby
Now, generally I'll be ranking a lot of the baby/buddy items the same. They add a slight bit of dps, but really you just want em for conjoined. They're a very simple item archetype, generally just made to fill slots. This item, however, is special! It is one of the only items in the game that is genuinely revolting to me. It's one of my least favorite items in the game. I'm not going to pretend it's like the *worst* thing in the internet, but it's disgusting, and I highly recommend not googling it. I made that mistake. Again, I know most of the time when people add a "do not google" adendum to their posts, people immediately google, so just please be wary. And with all that said, edmund tier.

Halo of Flies
Solid little defensive item, it's two pretty fly pills essentially. Not really gonna be *all* that excited when I find it but this blocks a lot more projectiles than you expect, so I'm putting it in b tier! Also the beelzebub transformation is good shit just for the flight.
Also tear detonator has been moved up a tier due to a recent run I had with it, it gave me a very nice synergy between it and lachryphagy.

I love this item so much. I don't care what the character is, I will always take it, because this is one of the most fun items in the game. Plus it gives you infinite bombs. This is going in BEST. First of its kind!
Black Lotus
Kinda like the super bandage, just a ton of health. I like health, and additionally, I like not dying. A tier.
Free Lemonade
It's not even free. Edmund tier.

So if by this you mean rating it, probably A or S. It's not good but it's an insanely fun item to me that (if it's not in the angel room) I will take every time. Honestly, this should probably be a lot higher. Infinite rock break = infinite rigging, infinite soulheart breaks, etc., what's not to love? Mushrooms and bomb-rocks. Mushrooms and bomb-rocks are what's not to love. And because I suffer from terminal skill issue, this item is viewed quite negatively in my minds eye. D tier, should be higher, but I am quite unfortunately an idiot.

Lil Gurdy
He's okay, one of the better non-tear based familiars. He bounces around a bit, can clear the occasional room with a full charge. Honestly he might deserve lower but I think it's funny having a little dude DVD logo himself around rooms, so I'm gonna put him in D tier.

Box of spiders
I get 4-8 spiders every two rooms? And can change that with 9-volt or car battery? Sign me up! I like items that can make spiders and flies, ans there's a certain item that'll pop-up that I'm sure will make a few heads turn when they see it, but for now I'm putting box of spiders in c tier. The fact that it's an active item really holds it back, as if I want an active I normally want something that essentially makes it a won run by itself.
