Wanna hear a really sweet solangelo headcanon?
So, I have a Will headcanon that he’s an adventure time, steven universe, gravity falls, svtfoe, infinity train, the owl house, and basically cartoon fandom bisexual nerd (along with sci fi and detective/ mystery thriller but tht’s besides the point).
One of his first songs he learned on ukulele and guitar are songs from adventure time and steven universe but his fav to play when he’s stressed or “stimming” is the Island Song (or come along with me/ adventure time end credits).
Before they started dating, Nico one day was having a panic/ anxiety attack or was just overstimulated and stressed and spotted Will under a secluded tree or in the strawberry fields (idk) playing the Island Song. He was listening from afar and surprisingly, he felt calmer and at ease.
Now whenever Nico has a nightmare or is overstimulated, Will would sing or hum the Island Song. Sometimes Nico would get lulled to sleep or would quietly sing along with him.
Bonus ramble: Also, Island Song is the easiest song to learn on ukulele and guitar, tht’s why imo, it’s a good “stimming song” and the lyrics is really sweet in this scenario too 😭 like it’s such a simple song yet has a lot of depth to it too, okay I’m done rambling.

Okay so hear me out: I just thought of something pretty cool. Although I hc Will to be afro-latino/ latino, i also hc him as filipino. (Atp, I’ll hc him as both). So in Tagalog, ko means “my” & there are petnames such as “mahalko” (my love) *insert name* ko.

Since Will has loser rizz and I’ve seen fics of ppl having Will refer to Nico as “Ni” as a petname, imagine Will trying to use a pick up line on Nico by using his name as a pun 😭 and his contact name is Ni-ko 🖤 i hope yall are seeing the vision 😀

“The demigods arent allowed to have cellphone why do they have cellphones cjfjdj” first of all, annabeth said she SNUCK her cell phone in camp and she owns a laptop tht she brings to camp. Second, Nico is the son of Hades…..ofc he’s gonna “bend the rules” and having a cell phone isnt the only rule he “broke.” (i also hc he owns a Nintendo switch and plays rhythm games, specifically project sekai and occasionally plays legend of zelda with annabeth to ask her for help on certain puzzles and kicks everyone’s ass in smash bros, mario kart and mario party and he and annabeth are always tied. And yes im spreading my gamer annabeth agenda)
Sorry i got sidetracked but anyways, to give ppl another interpretation is tht rules are there for a reason yes, but those rules can be bent to an extent (im coming for your brand apollo cabin).
Like the big 3 gods broke their own rules of not having demigod children and in the show, it’s established tht gods and goddesses have rules to abide by, hence why they have demigod children….the answers are right fucking there.
Also, these fucking demigod teens have been through enough, let them have a little bit of normalcy by owning a piece of modern technology.

Sooo, bc im on a pjo hyperfixation and avatar the last airbender coning back to haunt my brain and i saw this fan artist on insta tht did a pjo atla au here and another post they just updated, im actually thinking of writing a pjo atla au fic.
So, the hc in the fan art is tht nico is the avatar who mostly specializes in lava bending and in the comments, i came up with the idea tht bianca is an extremely skilled earth bender/ prodigy and bc the next avatar cycle is an earth-bender, the fire nation (or watever oppressive nation at the time but lets just use fire benders as a temporary example for now) thought bianca is going to be the next avatar and on a quest with percy, the soldiers managed to track her down and killed her bc she knows tht it’s her they want so she forced percy and the gang (if there is one idk) to safety and took the fight on her own just so they are safe and left alone. But tht’s also wen we find out nico is the avatar bc he goes into the avatar state for the first time.
I have a more elaborate plots in my head already but yeah 😀 maybe i will post a fic one day or maybe it’ll live in my head idk.

Impulsive pjo (more like solangelo again) x kpop hcs i just thought of:
I’ve talked abt my kpop x pjo hcs already but to add on, Will doesn’t seem to be a kpop fan like the rest of the Apollo cabin. I mean, at the VERY least, he’d be a casual twice listener and probably most definitely listens to txt’s whole discography (like their songs seem “sunny” or give a “sunshine vibe” on the outside, a little silly even but the lyrics are pretty dark and depressing. And hopeless romantic, istg txt’s discography is made just for will. Source: trust me bro). But other than tht, he’s not too into kpop.
Nico on the other hand, he’d love skz (idk why, he’d vibe to them and i hc tht he’d be into noise music), atz (heavy on atz and no im not projecting, i genuinely think he’d like them bc they’re pirates lol and i think he’d like cyberpunk, silver lights and their whole discography. He’d would def get emotional over turbulence, not too late, take me home and mist), dreamcatcher (for obv reasons) and red velvet (dont ask, it just makes sense).
He won’t be like a stan or be as hyperfixated as me (lol) and won’t really talk abt it with anyone else. i see this as something he keeps to himself yet not really hide it if someone brings it up (???) but he’d know abt their cbs and watch their performances with Will (when he gets the opportunity).
In general, I’ve always hc tht the apollo, dionysus and aphrodite cabin as mostly kpop fans bc majority of the idols are either from the apollo, dionysus or aphrodite cabin. With a good amount also in the athena, maybe zeus, nike and hermes cabin.
