You’re getting this kidney whether you like it or not. …Anyways I made this blog because I just started Malevolent and I’m about to re-listen to WTNV (and catch up on all the episodes I’ve missed over the years) and I’m about to be very annoying about it. This blog will mostly be Welcome to Night Vale, The Magnus Archives, Malevolent, and Alice Isn’t Dead, but I may also occasionally yell a bit about The Bright Sessions. Anyways I’m gonna liveblog Malevolent because why not. (Not on a consistent schedule though. I don’t have “good time management skills” or “the ability to maintain some semblance of a schedule.”). Will be posting a lot of TMA content until I have enough free time to catch up on other podcasts though. I also have a hyperfixation on spiders, so I will not shut up about spiders ever. It’s kind of funny how average-sounding the names of the institute employees were. Jon, Tim, Martin, Sasha, Melanie, Basira. They all give off essence of Normal Guy.
And then there was Elias Bouchard. The most evil sounding name in fiction I’ve ever heard, and the fact that it wasn’t *immediately* clear that he was actually evil is a masterstroke from Rusty Quill.

It’s really funny to me that Alice Isn’t Dead is called that, because when you first listen to it, Alice is very much not the character whose life you worry the most about. Like, Keisha, I am so glad your wife is alive, but I’m more concerned about you right now. A guy literally devoured a dude (not sexually) AND an omelet (also not sexually) right in front of you, and it seems like that doesn’t even make the top 10 worst things that happened to you this month. how are YOU not dead yet?

I've come across multiple AUs where Jon was raised by Jonah before, but it surprises me that I've never come across a single AU where Jon was raised by Gertrude, considering she's voiced by Jonny's actual mother.
