95 cal cinnamon roll + 10 cal cream cheese frosting = 105 cal cinnamon roll with frosting
O.M.G.

2 Tbs. coconut oil
3 Tbs. stevia (make sure it is volume equivalent to sugar)

knead dough on a floured surface for about 2 minutes
roll out dough into a rectangle
melt coconut oil in microwave for about 20 seconds
brush oil on rolled out dough
mix stevia & cinnamon and sprinkle over coconut oil on dough
roll up dough to make a long log
cut into 10 equal pieces
place cinnamon rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

my new obsession
i crave spicy food (mostly takis and other calorie-dense foods) almost every day of the week.
if you saw my carrot takis post, you can call this an updated version.
THIS one tastes exactly like takis.
ingredients
vegetable of your choice
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
pinch of stevia
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp tajin
squirt of lime juice
1 Tbs water
optional, but highly recommend if you can get your hands on it: mccormick's "hot shot" seasoning
also optional: drop of red food coloring for the aesthetics
directions:
mix everything and adjust to your liking
drizzle about 1 Tbs of the mixture over your cut up vegetable of choice (carrots resemble takis the most)
THE BEST!!

Sugar cravings tips 🤤🍬
Frozen fruit- low cal and easy to eat (especially grapes)
Sugar free jello (5 cal a serving on average)
Treat yourself! Eat fun size bars
Choose decadent treats instead of a makes bar, (Godiva masterpieces are 4pc for 180 cals
Low fat Greek yougurt w/ fruit (it's more dense so it's more filling, but also it has fat and protein)
(Feel free to add more in the replies)
Reasons why we crave sweets
They're tasty (jk sort of), it's a easy way to get energy. So, when our bodies crave it it can be due to hunger or lack of nutrients. Try drinking some water, if you still crave sweets, it could be lack of nutrients, like magnesium or fat and protein. Fat and protein are necessary to repair cells and feel full. Magnesium is just one of the necessary nutrients needed in a healthy diet, so try to invest in a nice multivitamin. if you track your calories, try to track what vitamins your food contains apps like MyFitnessPal and cronometer can help.

Low calorie bread (s) 🍞
Keto cloud bread 35 calories a slice
Chocolate banana bread 125 a slice
Big list of different bread
Sandwich bread 56 cals a slice
Oh here's a little bonus tip:
If you toast a slice of bread slightly, like it's warm, sort of tan and then you cut the top and the sides next to it, you can slice it in half. Then chop off the bottom crust part. I normally try to do that if I want a sandwich. If you throw out the crust it makes it about half the calories.

Hey, sorry for disappearing for so long. I've been dealing with a bunch of shit and I wanted to come on here but I've just been to stressed so I haven't been able to get to the requests. I appreciate y'all for asking and I'm going to try and get them done this week. I've been having a lot of conflict with my family. I was getting kicked out and then they gave me a soft deadline instead, I have been taking care of 4-6 kids a day because of online school. I'm trying to get shit figured out for college and how I'm going to deal with all of those costs on top of having no where to go. Plus a few other things that have more difficult to deal with because of my mental health issues and this disorder. I'm trying to get back on track with everything so I'll be trying to post more often. 💚

Low cal sushi 🍣
*
Cauliflower sushi -119 cals
Avacado roll -171 cals
Sashimi -73 cals
Onigiri -94 cals
* okay so just a big preface, I'm not Japanese nor Asian whatsoever, so I'm not sure how blasphemous these recipes are. But also, I really hope these hot the spot <3
Oh and if y'all have like a grocery that sells sushi, they tend to sell a pretty low cal Squid salad and it's sooo good. But it is a bit of an acquired taste.

Low cal chicken recipes
Baked - 191 cals a serving
Orange chicken recipe -330 cals a serving
Shredded chicken *
Chicken salad -169 cals a serving
Chicken thigh with garlic and brown sugar -264 cals a serving
Asian style ground chicken meatballs -150 cals a serving
I added the way to make shredded chicken because it's really easy to make chicken lower cal. Like add them to 25 cal tortillas, or low carb tostadas and it's very filling. Also it makes chicken easier to work with and incorporate into classic recipes like chicken salad
