In the end it came down to what I thought would fit with the other Weasleys best (because I think she’d care about that) and to my ears Eleanor fit better than Vivienne, and I just LOVE the way Eleanor Frances Weasley flows

Give me the names she chose for herself - long term or the temporary ones she decided against when she began her transition! I’d love to know everyone’s thoughts

Personally in my head she’s such an Eleanor, Nora for short and hates Ellie, with Frances for her middle name - Bill is William Arthur and Ginny is Ginevra Molly so I headcanon that Frances is Molly’s middle name (right era and fits with her name) so Percy/Nora chose that to honour her and fit in with the original oldest children of each gender.

Also on her list in my WIP was Vivienne, Sylvia, Claudia and Priscilla. That last one made the finale two of the list, because she wanted something similar to Percy, but in the end nerfed it due to the most obvious nickname being Prissy and the jokes that could be made at her expense as a result - the option of Cilla wasn’t worth it.

I’d love to hear other people’s thoughts though!! I know Persephone is a fairly common suggestion, and though I LOVE it, I think if she was choosing something for herself she’d want something fairly “normal” - but maybe I’m wrong!

Percy Weasley is legit such a bamf??? Man lived on his own and survived the corrupt ministry all by himself. Like he was legit only 19 when the huge fight and shit took place. Bro left right then and there and went to live in his apartment all alone like. You gotta give him credit for being able to pull that lonely shit off. Mean people always act as if Percy had it easy during the war like im tired of them saying that man he's my favourite. Are they forgetting that Percy worked at the ministry for the whole 2 and a half (something) years that it slowly went to shit for??? Are we forgetting that brother in christ legitimately fully committed himself to the ministry the minute shit started to get real!!!!! Like the fact that Percy's whole argument situation was caused by a manipulative maneuver by Fudge is a testament to that. Percy was right there at the very beginning of the ministry fucker-upping and was there to witness and EXPERIENCE all of it!!!!!!!!!! Safe to say he did not have it easy. Percy is the best and if i ever see anyone being mean about him again i'll. Write a long rant.

I’ve been super busy with politics stuff (yes, if you’re lucky enough your local representative of whatever kind may write fanfiction) but going to catch up with messages/asks etc
