Lloyd Allen isn’t a villain but he is a mean bastard. I’m listening to Finale from Dieselpunk and it’s so. I love that our introduction of Lloyd “Don’t you become a villain too” “Never” Allen is where he’s like he is. Then we find how how he was and why he is the way he is. Sure, even before he was a Postie, he still had some of this anger and cruel sensibilities. But god damn with everything that happened to him, no matter he ended up like he did

knack ch3 from techno's pov really is like
the kid wilbur brought over is saying no, his parents don't mind that he's having panic attacks in strangers kitchens and cuddling with unsheathed swords
tommy is doing unknowable and unspeakable things thing to his kitchen
wilbur is asleep and techno is trapped out here with the kids. help.
techno makes a daring escape outside to """feed the dogs"""
that tall kid Rambo is pacing through the mud in dress shoes on a phone call (may or may not be about "ink cartridges and stuff"?)
this phone call has gone on for at least an hour or two ??????
the kids name is Ranboo (weird, but techno isn't exactly in a position to throw stones here) and he actually seems fairly chill
come back inside to find Wilbur freaked out and asking sword kid about deals with the devil and universe resets and blind trust
Wilbur (extrovert) is overwhelmed (bad) by the situation (strange children in the living room), meaning that
Techno (introvert) should make another escape (he is so good at this) from the situation (immediately)
he goes down to the basement to """do laundry""" and does not return
he's all clear now, surely.
Nope wilbur is here and wants to talk about his feelings (???) Something about time travel (13 years?) and universe-assigned fursonas and everyone living in a leaf and Tommy is DEAD and where was wilbur when that happened
at some point (finally)(blessedly) techno gets to go to bed, only to remember that yes, wilbur did sleep in there already bc he was too impatient to put sheets on the guest bed in knack ch1
the pillows are everywhere. the sheets are all tangled -_- ((philza this is the son you raised. look what he has wrought))
also just sort of the fact that DeadPatrol said saal!techno is a short king and all us just said "alright" and accepted that and read another 30k words
