thing is, Bruce is very familiar with Sailor Moon since he straight up recognized the name Hino Rei and said it was a dead giveaway that she was J'onn in disguise. Bruce would more likely be asking which Sailor Moon situation
The first time Danny sees Dick Grayson he calls him Tata.
Danny, in his Ghost Zone travels, befriended the Flying Graysons. John and Mary like him so much, that it started as a joke, sort of.
"Ahhhhh, the son we never had! Welcome!"
"My little Robin's long lost little brother, come, come!"
And it morphed into him jokingly calling them Tata and Daj. Then it wasn't really a joke anymore.
Then the Observants inform him that as far as Ghost Law is concerned, they're his Ghost Guardians.
This means that Danny has two sets of parents; Jack and Maddie on the human side of things, and John and Mary on the ghost side of thing.
So when he sees Dick Grayson, who looks a lot like John, it just slips out.
This leads to a very awkward stare off in the middle of a coffee shop.
Danny has no idea how to explain himself.

If Bruce Wayne had a nickel for every time someone wanted to kidnap him and challenge Batman to a fight, he'd double his fortune. Unfortunately for Bruce, the nickels don't stop appearing in his account
Plot armor but it’s Bruce Wayne’s wealth.
Bruce is one of the richest men in the world. Bruce does not want to be one of the richest men in world.
He starts by implementing high starting salaries and full health care coverages for all levels at Wayne Enterprises. This in vastly improves retention and worker productivity, and WE profits soar. He increases PTO, grants generous parental and family leave, funds diversity initiatives, boosts salaries again. WE is ranked “#1 worker-friendly corporation”, and productively and profits soar again.
Ok, so clearly investing his workers isn’t the profit-destroying doomed strategy his peers claim it is. Bruce is going to keep doing it obviously (his next initiative is to ensure all part-time and contractors get the same benefits and pay as full time employees), but he is going to have to find a different way to dump his money.
But you know what else is supposed to be prohibitively expensive? Green and ethical initiatives. Yes, Bruce can do that. He creates and fund a 10 year plan to covert all Wayne facilities to renewable energy. He overhauls all factories to employ the best environmentally friendly practices and technologies. He cuts contracts with all suppliers that engage in unethical employment practices and pays for other to upgrade their equipment and facilities to meet WE’s new environmental and safety requirements. He spares no expense.
Yeah, Wayne Enterprises is so successful that they spin off an entire new business arm focused on helping other companies convert to environmentally friendly and safe practices like they did in an efficient, cost effective, successful way.
Admittedly, investing in his own company was probably never going to be the best way to get rid of his wealth. He slashes his own salary to a pittance (god knows he has more money than he could possibly know what to do with already) and keeps investing the profits back into the workers, and WE keeps responding with nearly terrifying success.
So WE is a no-go, and Bruce now has numerous angry billionaires on his back because they’ve been claiming all these measures he’s implementing are too expensive to justify for decades and they’re finding it a little hard to keep the wool over everyone’s eyes when Idiot Softheart Bruice Wayne has money spilling out his ears. BUT Bruce can invest in Gotham. That’ll go well, right?
Gotham’s infrastructure is the OSHA anti-Christ and even what little is up to code is constantly getting destroyed by Rogue attacks. Surely THAT will be a money sink.
Except the only non-corrupt employer in Gotham city is….Wayne Enterprises. Or contractors or companies or businesses that somehow, in some way or other, feed back to WE. Paying wholesale for improvement to Gotham’s infrastructure somehow increases WE’s profits.
Bruce funds a full system overhaul of Gotham hospital (it’s not his fault the best administrative system software is WE—he looked), he sets up foundations and trusts for shelters, free clinics, schools, meal plans, day care, literally anything he can think of.
Gotham continues to be a shithole. Bruce Wayne continues to be richer than god against his Batman-ingrained will.
Oh, and Bruice Wayne is no longer viewed as solely a spoiled idiot nepo baby. The public responds by investing in WE and anything else he owns, and stop doing this, please.
Bruce sets up a foundation to pay the college tuition of every Gotham citizen who applies. It’s so successful that within 10 years, donations from previous recipients more than cover incoming need, and Bruce can’t even donate to his own charity.
But by this time, Bruce has children. If he can’t get rid of his wealth, he can at least distribute it, right?
Except Dick Grayson absolutely refuses to receive any of his money, won’t touch his trust fund, and in fact has never been so successful and creative with his hacking skills as he is in dumping the money BACK on Bruce. Jason died and won’t legally resurrect to take his trust fund. Tim has his own inherited wealth, refuses to inherit more, and in fact happily joins forces with Dick to hack accounts and return whatever money he tries to give them. Cass has no concept of monetary wealth and gives him panicked, overwhelmed eyes whenever he so much as implies offering more than $100 at once. Damian is showing worrying signs of following in his precious Richard’s footsteps, and Babs barely allows him to fund tech for the Clocktower. At least Steph lets him pay for her tuition and uses his credit card to buy unholy amounts of Batburger. But that is hardly a drop in the ocean of Bruce’s wealth. And she won’t even accept a trust fund of only one million.
Jason wins for best-worst child though because he currently runs a very lucrative crime empire. And although he pours the vast, vast majority of his profits back into Crime Alley, whenever he gets a little too rich for his tastes, he dumps the money on Bruce. At this point, Bruce almost wishes he was being used for money laundering because then he’s at least not have the money.
So children—generous, kindhearted, stubborn till the day they die the little shits, children—are also out.
Bruce was funding the Justice League. But then finances were leaked, and the public had an outcry over one man holding so much sway over the world’s superheroes (nevermind Bruce is one of those superheroes—but the public can’t know that). So Bruce had to do some fancy PR trickery, concede to a policy of not receiving a majority of funds from one individual, and significantly decrease his contributions because no one could match his donations.
At his wits end, Bruce hires a team of accounts to search through every crinkle and crevice of tax law to find what loopholes or shortcuts can be avoided in order to pay his damn taxes to the MAX.
The results are horrifying. According to the strictest definition of the law, the government owes him money.
Bruce burns the report, buries any evidence as deeply as he can, and organizes a foundation to lobby for FAR higher taxation of the upper class.
All this, and Wayne Enterprises is happily chugging along, churning profit, expanding into new markets, growing in the stock market, and trying to force the credit and proportionate compensation on their increasingly horrified CEO.
Bruce Wayne is one of the richest men in the world. Bruce Wayne will never not be one of the richest men in the world.
But by GOD is he trying.

he gets pink and green ecto blasts due to Vlad occasionally showing up to bother Danny
De-aged Danny wandering the street of Gotham as a five year old:
Batfam: hello child are you alright?
Danny: Yup! :D
Batfam: where are your parents buddy?
Danny: don’t need em. Tried to kill me
Batfam: *concerned* how about you come with us for a little while?
Danny: no thank you mister Batman, I don’t trust adults
Batfam: oh no

Even better, story 2 doesn't even look like it's in the same universe as story 1. Like story 1 is just a Batman story with this serial killer beyond all serial killers
Story 2 is just Danny moving into a city and helping ghosts move on while something lurks in the background stalking him, it seems like I don't know, something doesn't like Danny stealing its food or something. Then it ends with costumed guys breaking into his apartment and reveal this story is part 2 the entire time
Like how Split is revealed to be a sequel to Unbreakable right at the end
A Week (He Will Take You)
~
Danny moved to Gotham for school, while there he noticed that Gotham's ambient ecto was really murky for lack of a better word.
This didn't really affect him too much besides a mild headache every once in a while but that also just might be stress from all his school work so maybe not.
Anyway
This murky ecto seemed to effect the people who lived there or more importantly the ghosts,
They were visible to the human eye like most ghosts back in Amity but instead of looking very much like a ghost they still looked like humans if a bit off putting.
They all seemed to be continuing their normal lives as if still fully alive, with the people around them none the wiser.
Danny noticed this and began approaching them to figure out what was going on.
Apparently the murky ecto in the city had made it so that they were strong enough to still continue a somewhat normal life but not be able to cross over to the GZ.
In other words they were stuck in Gotham
Danny was the Ghost King so he could easily fix this problem, all he needed to do was give them a bit of pure ecto for around a week to fully stabilize them them then he would just open a portal into the GZ and they could cross over with all their things also transferring into the GZ for their new haunt.
Unfortunately this looked rather worrying to an outsider,
Imagine you're used to your neighbor being very outgoing so you and others see them a lot suddenly this man seems to appear in their life out of nowhere an at exactly one week, your neighbor and all their belongings in their home disappear no trace to be found.
You tell people and they begin saying the same story they knew someone and them a man with black hair and blue eyes appeared in their life, then they and all their things disappear in exactly one week.
Of course the police in Gotham do the bare minimum so they're no help.
But it starts to begin a trend, especially online.
"Oh careful or the blue eyed man will make you disappear in a week"
This of course after time catches the bats attention, Gordon had already given them all the information he had.
"Young adult early twenties, dark hair, blue eyes"
That was it.
The bats look into it and from their point of view Danny is a serial killer.
But they can't find the connection between all of his victims, they range from young children and the elderly from different backgrounds absolutely no connection,
Worrying enough he doesn't just make one person disappear he has taken entire families up to over a dozen, without anyone figuring out how he's doing it or why at all.
The disturbing thing also being that he seems to take everything in their home, leaving it like it has always been empty
Like no one had been living in it.
People have tried to take photos of Danny get some kind of evidence of his existence, but when they try to do it, it either comes out completely corrupted or their devise simply shuts down fully.
Danny of course has no clue what is happening he's just happy that he's able to help so many ghosts, and is trying not to fail his exams.
~
Danny leaving the house he just helped: "That went easier than I expected!"
Neighbor peeking from the window: "Shit it's that guy! "
~
Red Hood marching down into the cave: " The fucker took many from my territory without me even realizing it!"
~
Tim: "I'm pretty sure his kill count is nearing the hundreds and he just started like maybe 4 months ago, this is bad."
Barbara: " I think I got a theory, this matches up with the new school year beginning so maybe their not a Gotham native which narrows down my suspect list."
Bruce: "Hn."
Tim: "Yes thank you B for the insightful commentary"
~
Danny trying not to fall asleep while on his way to class: "Strange I keep seeing shadows following me, oh well must be the stress!"
Bats who are pretty sure Danny is the killer: "Has he done anything suspicious yet?"
~

DP straight up has the toon physics from Looney Toons. Like sure it's just LT, but that's access to hammer space, tankiness, and glasses are capable of morphing to match facial expressions. Now ghosts have toon physics still within LT which is basically rotoscoped, but they can do things like Box Ghost popping his head right off
DP just doesn't do the extreme Tex Avery stuff like eyes popping out and turning huge
Ooooh~ Drink mix up? >.>
Because! Wes DID, in fact, get that dream job. HAS learned... after many, many hours of "beat about the head and shoulders with an ethics pamphlet by his great aunt", to keep his mouth shut! Family curse of Sight? WHAT family curse?
He doesn't see shit! Mind your business.
What're you? A cop?
Look, he sent Fenton a gift basket. He was a shitty, shitty "I have to be RIGHT and nothing else matters!" Stubborn lil asshole of a kid. He got better. Grew up. No one is there best Self during puberty. He DOES, in fact, regret it.
Which is WHY, he is deliberately ignoring Kent's terrible, awful, paper-thin, "who meee~?" Aw shucks BULLSHIT excuse of a disguise, like it isn't blatantly obvious he's Superman. Yep. Nothing to see here! Nothing but us chickens! Mmmmm, morning coffee! Delicious.
But see, here's the THING.
The Itty, bitty, teeny lil PROBLEM...
Wes grew up in Amity "Totally Not Supernatural Hotspot For Centuries" Park. He is... to put it mildly, genetically? A freak. His biology is ALL fucked up. Everyone's is. And it WAS NOT made better by the Fenton's playing fast and loose with their hell basement. The Ectoplasmic NUKE that was that portal.
There is a REASON his morning coffee? Is COVERED. Contained. Fenton brand, LEAD LINED, specialty cups. The sort that can't be EATEN from the inside out. Eroded after a few uses. They're ugly as sin, but they work. He even ordered a few covers from Star's etsy shop. (Apparently he wasn't the only one who hated how ugly they looked. Good for her though, he heard it was doing well.)
He SAYS this? 'Cause his morning brew is less... straight COFFEE... and more... how to put this? A blend? Brew? Potion, really. Like an energy drink. From hell. Or, partially at least, the Zone. It's the combination of roots, seeds, and a few dried berries. Kinda like a tea, actually!
Tasty. Adds this nice fruity, warmth. A zing. Goes GREAT with the coffee. And it really perks you up... if you are Limnal. If you AREN'T? It'll desolve your esophagus like swallowing straight acid. And that's not TOUCHING the... witch-y, more Seer specific bit of the blend.
That stuff is medicinal. You know, "calm the mind" and "mental clarity". That sorta thing. With a good ol helping of "don't blurt out everyone's secrets, you spacey bitch! For the love of God, those are our INSIDE THOUGHTS!". Which? Really helpful! Infinitely less likely to get decked. It's a family staple.
Poisonous, though.
They're fine cause they've basically developed an immunity to that part, but like? Wouldn't recommend. It's why he NEVER shares his drinks. Food? On occasion. If he PLANS it and knows not to add and interesting spices. But DRINKS? Never. Weston family brews are basically NEVER safe.
Which? Begs the Very Important Question ™!
Who's Coffee Is This?
Cause it SURE AS FUCK AINT HIS!
You never realize quite how fast you can go from "completely calm and kinda sleepy" to "bomb strapped to my chest, primal panic AWAKE" until it happens to you. His coffee was ON HIS DESK. People have passed by. He talked to them. Cups put down and picked up. Lazy early morning. He doesn't even register, really, as his chair crashes to the ground.
He's shouting.
People confused. They don't realize yet. His head whips around, looking for that distinct cover. Before it's too late. Before someone takes that fatal sip. He spots it. Bolting from his desk. Crashing through coworkers, over desks. Chaos and outrage. "It's 'just' coffee!" They cry.
Kent turns, confused. Pretending. Raises his (HIS! Oh god!) cup to his lips, unknowing. Wes SCREAMS a warning. But he doesn't listen. "It's 'just' coffee" They never listen. Curse of Cassandra. God's damn it. This is why his family fucking CONVERTED!
He TACKLES the man of steel.
RIPS his cup away from him, knows his eyes are frantic. How much have you had?! Spit it out! Wes voice ECHOES in the sudden silence. I'm a META, Kent! It could KILL YOU!
And oh, Oh NOW they get it. Or perhaps it is the burn in his mouth that finally registers. He rolls, spits oil slick nebulae that eat away the floor. There is blood mixed within it. It took mere moments. Superman stares, transfixed and horrified, as Wes shakes. He... he should probably get off of him.
He'll move in a moment.
When his legs no longer feel weak from terror.
The news room is in chaos. Lane kneeling by her husband, Perry trying to do damage control. He... he's probably gonna lose his job, isn't he? Wes wants to cry. Protection laws only go so far, after all. And warning his boss about his dietary needs means jack shit, after an incident like this. Beloved as Kent is. Not that anyone likely believed him.
They never do.
And now he's nearly killed Superman.

Danny hits Conner with a palm thrust
"That answer your question?" Danny asks the now disembodied Conner as said boy stares at his comatose body
Dead Dad or God?
It's been a handful of years and Ellie has joined the YJL
The YJL has the misunderstanding that her dad is dead
Which you know not exactly wrong but why do they think this?
Cuz Ellie and Danny are both little gremlin shits that found out they could speak to each other and hear each other no matter the distance or dimension,
So like I said little shits TM that they are decides to make it look like a prayer while speaking
So every time she says
"Oh yea let me just go tell my dad"
and then proceeds to put her hands together very obviously in a prayer.
This only somewhat stops when the heroes are in a rather tight spot and need some help, and Ellie goes "let me call my dad" in her usual prayer form and then the air beside her gets ripped open and this twink of a man who barely looks any older than her pops out like
" Yo I'm here to help!"
Now they think Ellie is a demi-human and Danny some sort of God.
" Oops? "

Danny is to Alfred, what Tim is to Robin
Imagine if these other kid shaped creatures show up to Alfred other solo heroes that clearly haven't gotten their act together
Like Roy gets hooked on Heroine and suddenly deaged Dan shows up to smack some sense into him and even has to recruit Waylon in on it
Danny pulls an uno reverse card
ok just hear me out.
Danny decided 'you know what this man needs adult supervision' Danny had just moved to Bludhaven as small business weren't questioned even it was owned by a teenager.
So Danny opened up a very cheap mechanic store, prices were to die for and people were thankful he didn't ask questions as long as they did the same for him.
Que one very malnourished and exhausted cop coming in for a check up on their cop car. So Danny took one look at that man and thought he needed someone to help him.
Dick is so confused why plates of food keep appearing everywhere around him, with little post it notes saying he should sleep more and drink water. At first dick thought it was Alfred who finally gained teleportation powers, but one call later confirmed that his original theory was wrong.
He took the nest meal to analyze and found that it was perfectly healthy for consumption. Alfred even said that he thought the person behind it all just wanted Dick to have a more healthy life style.
Dick tried to piece together who could possibly be doing that, especially going into his house undetected. Then one day it was his one day off and the doorbell rung thinking it was one of his brothers because go the short black hair and overall build, he opened the door not to any of his brothers, but a teen nonetheless.
'good at least your taking care of yourself and actually eating proper foods, now I'm here to discuss your extracurriculars and how to time manage them appropriately without running yourself to the ground' the teen pushed past Dick who had his jaw dropped "I've brought my own board with an ideal itinerary that I expect you to follow. Any questions"
"Yeah... just one who that fuck are you kid"

as I've said in the comments section, Bruce is rich enough to buy all of Ethopia, why would Jason assume he's being sold off? Wouldn't it make more sense if he thought this is Bruce's version of shipping off a kid to boarding school?
Vlad was injured by the GIW, and fled through a random experimental portal they had. He landed outside a smoking warehouse in Ethiopia, next to a dying child.
The kid was beat to hell and back, and worse off than Vlad himself.
There was a clown, ducking into a car, covered in the kids blood.
Vlad, desperate for an outlet for his anger at being stupid enough to be caught by the GIW, immediately turns around and hunts the man down.
By the time he's done with the clown, he's even eaten the man's newly formed ghost, permanently ending the threat.
Which leads to his current predicament; the dying kid is still dying, and he's calmed down enough to know he would feel bad later about letting some random kid die like this.
Luckily, he saw some ninjas while he was killing the clown, and after a short conversation, they agree to take the boy.
Vlad feels accomplished.
After all, what child wouldn't want to be raised by ninjas?
Meanwhile, Jason, delirious from pain and smoke inhalation, thinks he saw Batman murder the Joker and then turn around and sell him to Ra's Al Ghul (Vlad in his ghost form has pointy things on his head, and Jason was so fucked up he thought it was the cowl).
Jason's still fucked up and pissed when he comes back, but for entirely different reasons.

his powers are no weaker in human form than ghost form since his powers are in binary states. He's flying or not, he's shooting or not, he's intangible or not. Danny just happens to have human limits like fatigue in human form or human brain processing power as Fenton
He'd been flying above Metropolis.
Like a good ghost! Doing nothing but relax! Enjoying the weather, really.
It was so cool, Superman came up to him, they talked even! Superman was very, very, uncomfortable when Danny mentioned he was kinda dead.
It was really awesome.
Yeah, the keypoint being was.
Now? Now he is in Superman's arms, very much alive after being hit by a stray beam from Lex Luthors newest invention, quite literally hit from the sky when he didn't expect it and out of f reflex turned back human.
"I'm... alive?" He jokes weakly, smiling awkwardly at Superman's stare.
Danny considered this awkward.
Clark was processing the fact Lex Luthor somehow managed to bring back someone from death, his hands now full of said miracle and—
Shit, does the kid even have family left? What's he going to tell Lois!?

They could be thinking he has DID until he mentions doing an outside mission
Team: We've connected the dots
"Tim": This is like the time we went cross country for gems
Team: *looks up Bat info and finds mentions of a group hunting for gems* We haven't connected shit
Dcxdp #7
Clone that later turns into twin misunderstanding. I was inspired by the idea of Danny overshadowing Tim. What I am imagining is that  Danny and Tim know each other through a series of Misadventures and have ended up staying in contact. Danny ends up overshadowing Tim as a last attempt of some sort and ends up getting stuck. It lasts for quite a while that the two end up doing missions while Danny is overshadowing Tim. There ends up being a misunderstanding after Tim mentions to one of his brothers that they didn't have a conversation that the brother had with Danny.
Tim and Danny are cohabitating that body so I imagine that you switch out who's doing things. they can hear conversations that are going on if the other is controlling the body but they have to want to. So sometimes certain conversations fall through the cracks which starts to make the family suspicious. They start asking questions or mentioning things that happened to each one to try and figure out which one is which, not realizing that they're the same person. This continues on for quite a while until Tim mentions Danny off-handedly to help with a case and that is when they start to think that there has been two Tim's the entire time. They start to try and find out how to get them in the same place not realizing they are the same person. It gets even funnier once Tim and Danny find out and actively start messing with them.

You can draw parallels with Danny redeeming Dan with Twilight/Sunset redeeming Starlight/Human Twilight
DP X DC
At a Wayne Enterprises Networking Gala:
Bruce: So about that new employee, there’s been a lot of talk…you mentioned he’d be in attendance this evening?
Lucius: ah, Mr Fenton I presume? Yes, he’s fantastic really.
Bruce: So I’ve heard. Where’s the man hiding? I haven’t managed to bump into him yet.
Lucius: Mr Fenton has been squandered away to the children’s table I believe.
Bruce: the children’s table…?
Lucius: *points* there, the tallest one.
Bruce trained his gaze in the direction Lucius pointed, to come face to face with the peculiar sight of a wiry, 20-something year old, back haired, blue eyed man consumed in a heated argument with a chubby 6 year old girl in piggy tails.
Bruce: that’s-
Lucius: Yep, you’re gonna hate him. Best go introduce yourself!

another parallel, Valerie's suit got blown up in front of her dad similar to how Jason (actually in his suit) was blown up in front of his mom
It turns out Danny is living on an alternate world than Prime Earth. One where all the heroes became ghosts.

A Funny Take on Field Trips
You've seen this. Danny goes on a field trip and his parents are leading it. Now here's the humorous take
The Fenton parents have noticed how Danny's grades have been slipping, his chores being left undone, his lack of sleep because of ghosts. So being the loving parents they are…
Jack: Danny, pack your bags, you're going on a field trip! Danny: Considering you're having me pack and there's no notice from the school, this sounds more like a forced vacation Jack: A FIELD TRIP! Danny: Fine, were are we going? Jack: Capsule Corp! Danny: … never heard of it Jack: Of course you haven't, it's in another universe!

Billionaires trying to adopt Danny and having him renounce his father figures is just something that happens to Danny, ain't it?
Danny fakes his death and runs away, but with a twist. He runs away from the Fentons and somehow gets adopted by the League of Assassins somehow
Ra's: No Detective, we are not giving up our emotion support badger. And why are you even here?
This reminds me of that trope when a character looks very serious but then it turns out they're in a very unserious scenario. Like you have someone preparing for battle but then it turns out they're just preparing to call the doctor.
I can just see the Bats busting into Nanda Parbat, planning to rescue this poor boy who doesn't realize what he's getting himself into.... only to find Danny teaching a group of assassins how to make a panini.
Now this can all just be a front. Danny is running away from all of the emotions that have to do with everything back home and he's using the League as an excuse not to think about it. He has to purify the pits and host a bird watching hike and convince Ras to allow an art class. So no time to dwell in heavy feelings like your parents treating you like a monster. Nope. No siree.
Either that or Danny genuinely couldn't be happier. He no longer has to hide around his own house or fear being "ripped apart molecule by molecule". He doesn't even have to worry about eventually being hunted down because both his parents and the GIW think he's dead. Danny is finally living his best life free of stress and he's taking full advantage of it.
.....He also may or may not have accidentally cultivated an entire army of assassins more loyal to him than their leader himself.

And it doesn't matter how recent Dracula's death even was since the Ghost Zone is atemporal. He could die yesterday, but a natural portal can just send his soul years back and bam, multiple Draculas
The Batfam think they know vampires.
They dont.
Especially since Cass has been a vampire the entire time.
She gets her drinks from the med bay, wears expensive high quality sunscreen and minds her powers. Most stuff the family believes in is movie propaganda. So imagine her surprise when a cute and tasty boy instantly recognizes as a vampire.
Danny has little experience with actual vampires. Most just comes from his godfather, who is a half ghost vampire, but its enough to recognize a beautiful vampire girl on his field trip in Gotham. He just has to ignore it and not draw attention to himself.
Oh God why is she following him?!

Local himbo Bruce Wayne is Batman? The man breaks his legs skiing way too often, you really think he can as agile and coordinated as Batman?
And to be fair, Gotham is a crime ridden city to an absurd degree. After a while, there might not be a point in keeping the court's existence a secret if things get bad enough
Due to a miscommunication, Danny is mistaken for a High Ranking court of Owls member
Danny starts attending Gotham Academy for Reasons, and while there encounters one of the bat siblings. They (mistakenly or correctly your choice) clock him as a clone of Dick Grayson, and considering the Court of Owls has a Big Interest in Dick and some weird, cryptic statements from Danny the Bat Sibling 'realises' Danny is the courts answer to never having been able to get their Talon. BUT the Batfam isn't the only ones this miscommunication occurs with - somehow the entirety of Gotham academy is also now convinced Danny is a member of The Court, and Danny can't figure out why everyone is being very, very nice to him suddenly.
