Even though Glee was an incredibly flawed show it managed to break many barriers and traditional conventions on television. The show brought awareness to many issues surrounding many minority communities and humanised characters that would have been typically portrayed as caricatures. Though their portrayals weren’t often perfect, barley any shows reach this level of representation. Credit where credit is due. (insp)

This were exactly my thoughts when I read that interview. I mean I get that you like a pairing more (maybe because you like working with that actor more or whatever) but I feel like it’s a little immature of Ashley to act like this (and mention it in an interview). Same with Keegan and all that hate on Spaleb. I feel like they’re only doing it to keep the fans, that don’t like Spaleb, interested.
don't get me wrong, Ashley has really grown on me but I can't help but think she's being way too whiny about the Haleb situation.

Why do people still say that Spencer did Hanna wrong?! For me the Madrid flashback has shown that they had some sort of feelings (or attraction or whatever..) since Madrid, which was about 3 years ago. So she kept her feelings bottled up for all this time because she didn’t want to hurt Hanna. And if you have ever kept your feelings for somebody to yourself, you know it’s hella hard. And if Spencer did this for almost 3 years, it just simply shows how loyal she’s to Hanna. Also Spencer may have never ask Hanna for permission. It was Hanna, who confronted her and Spencer confessed.
Also I’m not gonna say much about the had holding thing. It was a little weird and maybe a little occ but I don’t think it was such big of a deal like everyone says it is. And definitely don't hate Hanna for it.
What I’m a little bit more pissed about is the sneak peek and Hanna just saying that she trusts Caleb totally out of context tbh. Like she needed to prove to Spencer how deep her connections is with Caleb. I hope that they don’t turn this Spaleb/Haleb thing into a full-on love triangle. It would ruin Spanna’s friendship just because of a guy. I mean Hanna is engaged for gods sakes and Spencer and Caleb seem happy together. I really hope that the writers will give them at least till next season before their ruining everything.
