Her days off were a rare occurrence. Even if the league didn’t receive many challengers as of late, it was far form a sign she would no longer be busy. The stress of deadlines would always weigh her down, coupled with her insufferable writer’s block. She longed for days of relaxation, and relaxation came.
Shauntal took a trip to the hottest spot known to Unova, by locals ant tourists alike; Nimasa City. She couldn’t help but feel a bit giddy wandering around and taking in the city life she had left behind long ago. From it’s dance theater, to it’s amusement park, and everything in between.
She wonders where to go first.

Ahh, yes. Pocky day! The day of the year that had been subject to many a one shot story Shauntal had written. It was the perfect scenario for dumb romantic tension. She fondly remembers her first book in her series, Floral and Forever Fading. It was a scene her and her fans discussed for years as the turning point in character relationships.
It should be a national holiday! At least, she thought so. The author rejoiced as she opened up her own box.

► Keep your askbox open! I will send you your surprise blind date as an ask. It will come from @prismportrait, NOT an anon.
▷ (Optional) Write a starter while you wait! Since your muse will not know who they are meeting until you receive the ask, you could draft a piece at any time.
► Then when you receive your randomized username, tag your blind date in a starter or send them an ask! Below the cut will be some general ideas for you to build off of. Whatever you post in character is fair game- so characters who sign up only to laugh/scoff at their selection is still A-OK. Character blind date reactions should be based on your character’s chemistry and dynamics and applied to observable elements of your date. As a reminder: reactions are not a personal reflection on the mun and it is usually considered uncool for your muse to automatically know intimate details about your blind date without a good, in-character reason.
There are a lot of restriction options available so muns have the highest chance of personal comfort in their random selection (such as separating out minors, pokemon pairing with humans, etc). If you need a more specific exclusion, even something as random as “No Ash Ketchum blogs”, please feel free to add that in the Other restriction option.
There will be no re-matching for this event, your blind is your blind date.
