Conservative, Liberal, Democrat, Republican all are the same White People under different banners they're all racist. They control the same government you trust they control the same government telling your vote will matter. Think about that the government is 90% White the other 10% are those they let in for the feeling of inclusion when they cannot stand them. White people definitely hate Black people in those positions of political power but will use those same Black People to speak to middle and lower class Black People. Meanwhile, Upper-class Black people vote along the same lines as those rich White People even if said people hate them. White people really have brainwashed Black People though into thinking their votes matter. White people don't give a damn about Black People they murder us without blinking but yeah okay your vote count. They've raped us, bombed us, said we're subhuman, they stole our language, they steal our culture, they blame the victims by demonizing them in those killing of Black People, they've shown in Amerikkka Black People do not matter but you still think your vote matter.

Literally, this might just be the most important fucking thing about mental health and responding to trauma that people completely forget about.
Side note: some people are stupid enough to even debate whether or not sexual abuse is “life-threatening enough to cause PTSD”, because people THINK that PTSD means it had to be life-threatening. It doesn’t. It can come from ANY experience that may damage a person’s mental state or psyche, just as badly as a real life-threatening experience. It depends on the person and how their brains react, not the instance itself.
