This is. Random, and probably already obvious, but I've kind of lost interest in this blog. I don't really have more ideas for lore, and MP's just... Not fun to write anymore? So yeah, this is an official notice of the... Deactivation, but not actual deactivation, of this blog. I'll still do ooc stuff here sometimes but there's no more lore here!

I also run @starry-osha and @honeybee-osha !

Hmmm... Maybe to make it easier we could have each blog pick their own (or others, I guess?) "historic moments" and compile them. So a big poll for what counts as important, and then a few people who actually arrange it. I could do the arranging, probably.

(( ooc that would be a great idea! I don't know how many osha accounts really follow me so might be a good idea to spread this idea around a bit - I'm happy to lend a hand if you need one! I might try and go through my own accounts and tag what I think are important moments for kish and my other characters. I try to tag stuff as best I can, so my accounts should be decently easy to go through... perhaps the tag could be something like "#OSHA History" or something?

Burnout

MP tapped his fingers on his desk, lost in thought. His clock ticked behind him, dark hands moving in a steady beat. The mailman hummed a soft tune, the sound filling the room with a soothing melody. His light tenor rung out, a bright counterpart to the rattling of air in rusty vents. A drip of dew slid down his glass of cold water. It caught the light as it fell, adding another glint of shine to the circle growing on the mailman's desk. Deep ebony wood, heavily polished- practically shiny enough to be a mirror- guided another droplet to a groove, filling the scratch with liquid.

The tip of MP's pinky landed in the water, pulling him out of his fantasy. He looked around the room, at the dusty bookshelves and faded red carpet. He sighed, slumping his chin into his hands.

He was never going to clean this.

He knew that, but everyday, he told himself he would do it. This was true of a lot of things. "I'm just-t-t gett-ting old..." He laughs to himself, rubbing his eyes. It was fine, he was probably just tired. He was tired most of the time, but he must just be extra tired. That has to be the reason.

I'm fine.

He stood up with a groan, almost jumping in surprise at the ding of his phone. He sighed again, the soothing silence of his office now disturbed.

Eh. It's just work. I'll be fine.

He rubs his eyes again, picking up the device.

"You've reach-ched-d the m-mail d-depart-tment, how c-can I help-p you today?"
