Practicing some animation techniques and learning to work writing the bounds of flipaclip with Artificer feat. that guy who has no clue why this rat just showed up at his house
Based on the way I actually dance in real life. The gameplay clips are also mine. It turns out drawing backgrounds in Flipaclip is not great, and it's better to draw them out of program to import later. Aggressive Inline (2002) for Gamecube changed my 7 year old brain chemistry the same way Rain World is doing right now.
So has tumblr been bugging out for anyone else? For me it is five times slower on desktop than mobile, trying edit a post to replace a video made the post disappear from my blog and become uneditable. I couldn't post from desktop, and when I tried to upload the new post from mobile, it took five minutes before doubleposting. It was just a little anxiety inducing.

"To love, is to know when to let go. Even parts of yourself."
I haven't actually done any Rainworld fanart yet, and this is pretty basic (but, more complex than I originally intended - I just had to color the little guy, I love him so much.) but I figured...
Why not? Inspiration hit. It may not be a lot. But it means something to me.
WIP. I think dancing scugs are my favorite thing to animate. Song is Don't Sweat the Technique by Eric B. & Rakim. This is based on how I actually dance btw don't make fun of me
Just wanted to say you did a really good job on those rain world gifs and also your art generally looks cool!
Thank you thank you, it's nice to see that it's appreciated 🦌 I'm planning on more, and experimenting outside my comfort zone so hopefully I'll have more to share soon
Have you ever wanted to draw something but you fought due to your skill level at the time you decide not to do it
Absolutely, all the time. I am simultaneously in the process of trying, failing, and learning all the time. It's a mixed bag, but it's always worth it to at least try.
I went and made a side blog for reblogs because there's so much I want to reblog (especially Rain World) but I always feel guilty about cluttering up my main blog. This also lets me have a more robust personal tagging system without affecting my main. I'll still reblog stuff here, but I'll just be more selective when I do.
