Beach City, Delmarva

A little over a year ago I had the chance to make a canonical map of Beach City, featuring lots of locations seen in the show and a few we’ve never been to!

There’s a few Beach City locations not shown here– the abandoned warehouse is up north across Rehoboth Bay, the docks and the Crab Shack are behind the water tower hill, and the barn is in the countryside a few miles inland.

If you’d like to get your touch stumps on a physical copy, the map will be printed in the Best Buds Together Fun quiz book, coming Summer 2016!

Here's a better look at the birthday card I made for Sharon. She took some photos of the actual result and posted them here.

I'd planned to do something like this for a while, but never been able to pull it off. It takes me forever to do artwork of any kind and making them was kinda tricky.

I thought pretty hard about the mechanics, too. I wanted something that was subtle, yet would work for both PR♥ISM and Duo. I knew I had to focus around the number two as well, since that's her favorite.

I'm really happy she likes them and maybe I can do more stuff like this in the future...

Here's the cover for card number seven! I didn't realize it, but this is the first time I've used evolved Pokemon for one of these. I wish I had more time to do art (and I wish it didn't take me so long to do anything), but at least I can make sure to commit to one of these each Valentine's Day...

I decided to design this card just so that I could ask a question, "How is there no My Little Pony Weiß Schwarz set?" (Yes, I know. More 'manly' content for my tumblr.)

Despite Bushiroad doing a fine job of bringing MLP to Japan, there still appears to be nothing card game related in the works. Isn't that the first thing they should do with any series they manage to get ahold of? It wouldn't even have to be a set for Weiß Schwarz. They produce ChaosTCG and Victory Spark, among others as well. Even Cardfight!! Vanguard could always use some more Etranger promo cards. Weiß Schwarz just seems like it'd be the best fit. I can't be the only one who has thought of this idea, can I? I guess Bushiroad just doesn't want all of our money...

(Also, I'm sorry if any of the Japanese text is off. It was all copied & pasted. Let me know if something's wrong and I'll fix it.)

Pokemon Birthday Attack Game

Found this on the internet and thought it was neat, so I figured I’d repost it to Tumblr. The idea is to use your birthday on each chart to create your moveset. If you like, you can describe what the moves do, how strong they are, etc. Have fun with it!

Here’s mine: • Normal Song [Normal - 15PP] (Power: — | —% Accuracy) Raises the users Attack and Speed stats by one level each.

• Feather Rush [Flying - 30PP] (Power: 40 | 100% Accuracy) A flying type version of Quick Attack; always strikes first.

• Radioactive Roll [Poison - 20PP] (Power: 25 | 90% Accuracy) A poison type version of Rollout. It deals slightly less damage but has a 20% chance to poison the target.

• Aqua Dance [Water - 15PP] (Power: — | —% Accuracy) Raises the users Special Attack and Speed stats by one stage each.

Guess that makes me a Poison/Flying type.

I'm totally up for this; So, how's this for some deck construction rules;

• Each player's deck will consist of: 25 Grade 3s, 4 (of the same) Grade 2s, 4 (of the same) Grade 1s, 16 Triggers, & 1 starting Vanguard. • No Sentinels (Perfect Guards) may be used.

If you want to use a Trigger as your starter Vanguard (like Lozenge Magus), fill that empty slot with another Grade 3.

That sound fair?

All of Fangaurd should make a Morikawa deck and we should all have a big tournament.

Yes this is a good idea.
