Big pins are fun to design! They allow for lots of extra details like the feathers on this Wedge-tailed Eagle, but can prove challenging to balance weight and volume. This pin is just over 2 inches, but because of the curve of the design, it doesn't feel unwieldy wearing it. Do you like bigger pins, or small ones?

The Pisces whale shark design is now also a patch! I think it suits the medium very nicely, and best of all there weren't a lot of tricky changes to be made in the translation from pin artwork to patch 😁

Did you know I also have books with collections of my illustration series in them? This one holds all of the flower mermaid drawings and paintings I created in 2021-22. It also has a section outlining the process of turning the drawings into pins!

Bringing some zest to this morning! Part of the iron on patch range listed earlier this week! They're a bit smaller than my other patches, and have a cute fuzzy texture to them 🍊🌶🥔🍓 Which is your favourite?

The Bush Turkey! Sometimes called Brushturkey, and also known as Gweela! They have such a striking colour palette, and I am still proud of the pose I drew for this pin. Look at the lines of those legs, elegant strut lol 😂

New patches just listed! There's 8 new iron on patches available, 9 current designs if you include the heart patch in the second pic 🫀 I'm really happy with how the medieval dragon translated into embroidery too. It took a lot of revisions, but definitely worth it! What would you put these on?

It's really hard to capture the foil effect on the tarot card prints, but I love thinking of ways to incorporate it into the artwork. I'm halfway through illustrating the major arcana of the deck (illustrating all 78 cards is going to take me years).

Throwback to this skater animal collection created with No Man's Press! They've been retired for some time, but they were a super fun collab and series to illustrate and draw back at the end of 2018! Seems like a lifetime ago!

Taurus season! Happy birthday to those born between April 20th and May 20th! Here is a risograph print and an enamel pin I illustrated for this star sign, symbolised by the bull! I went with crossed arms to represent horns for the print and have included all the icons for the ruling planet, element, and state.

When the coffee hits you get wired and tired O.o hope this little bean give you some energy this morning! This design was a tricky one to get right, the shape of the bean makes it hard to put a face on it and prevent too many overlapping elements (which I like to avoid for such small pins).

This sun goddess pin was a collaboration with the lovely Utterly Magical I think she turned out so beautiful, and it was loads of fun experimenting with layered metal and enamel effects! It's limited edition too, but there is still stock in both stores!

Throwback to an old print which was retired many years ago. I still have a soft spot for this one as it was my first time playing with gold foil effects in larger illustrations. She's been engrossed in her game for so long that she's almost a statue, with moss growing over her.

This eastern rosella pin was a challenge to design! Fitting all the colours of the rainbow and making them play nice was difficult, but very rewarding in the end!
