Steel Maxum’s Powers & Abilities

Powers

Tele-Empathy: Steel has the ability to feel and alter the emotions and perceptions of others as well as project his own feelings into the minds of other people. Also, Steel is also able to enter peoples minds through physical contact, allowing him to view their memories.

Emotion Negation: He can use his tele-empathy to steal emotions from others, rendering them emotionally "numb".

Empathic Healing: He can absorb the pain of injured people to ease their suffering, and induce rapid healing. This cannot be done to major injuries.

Psychic Reflection: The ability to reflect emotions and/or memories back onto a person or onto another being to the point of incapacitation or even dead.

Transvection: The ability to propel oneself into the air and hover using psychic thought and projection. He can also extend his levitation power to levitate other people and objects when in physical contact with them.

Enhanced Strength: The ability to exert a level of physical force above that of a normal person. His ability to levitate allows him to build up enough momentum to deliver more powerful attacks by levitating and kicking his targets, who would fall back a considerable distance.

Celestial Magic: As the result of his mother’s angelic heritage, Steel is capable of using powerful celestial magic. He has developed a wide arcane knowledge, possessing a vast library of mystic tomes, spell books and ancient scrolls provided by the Sentinels of Magic.

Spell Casting: The ability to cast spells and perform rituals. Steel has become knowledge on multiple ways to preform spells from backward speaking to Latin incantations.

Photokinesis - Steel can generate and control large beams of light with his minds, using this ability to attack an enemy or topple large objects as well morph the light beams into bolts that explode on impact and enduring shields and barriers.

Abilities

Earth-Born Angel Metabolism: Steel possesses certain physical skills superior to those of the finest human athletes. His hybrid metabolism affords him slightly greater reaction time, endurance, speed, and strength than the human race's most perfect physical specimen.

Martial Arts: Though physical combat isn’t his main focus, he is nonetheless a fairly skilled and proficient hand-to-hand combatant, having received at least some degree of physical training from the Sentinels as well as self-defense classes from his childhood.
