because of the incredible amount of sign-ups, moderators will post fics daily for the week that projects are due. creators are free to submit their fics to ao3 at any time during the due dates (october 20-26) and moderators will approve and promote the fics on the main twitter and tumblr for if it applies.
to accommodate for the number of people involved, we will extend reveal dates for moderators, and those dates will be november 1-6. on reveal dates you are free to post your work on your own page and we will promote it alongside the reveal of your fic.
you can include moodboards or other creative images in your promotion! just be sure to tag the fest in some way. if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to dm or send an ask!

Hello everyone! Fanfic writers: we will be hosting another sprinting day on July 10th at 2pm Central!
What is sprinting? Sprinting is an activity where writers join a room together and write for motivation! The room encourages writing in a variety of ways, including a timer, a word count tracker and goal, and of course a chat room!
If interested, the link to the room will be dropped on July 10th and anyone that would like to get some writing done collectively - either to meet other Obikins or simply to meet your word count goal of the day - is welcome to join!
