"It is bad enough that your efforts are not being recognized, did they have to go so far as to ruin any solace you could have gained for yourself? It will be very tempting to throw your self-respect into the same gutter that they threw your work and go for their throat, but today is only today and even they can only do so much. Now that you know them for what they are, pull back your offerings and do only what you need to do to get through today. Tomorrow, you can salve the wounds on your heart and on your hands. Tomorrow, you can start again for yourself. Today, you just need to come through."
The Universal Waite is Mary Hanson-Roberts’s recolored rendition of the Waite-Smith deck. Nearly identical lining is softened by gentle coloring. Some faces have been reworked to be more pleasing to the eye. The Universal Waite Tarot is ©US Games Systems, Inc.

"As much as that message is going to get on your last nerve, do not take the bait. It was intentionally written to get a rise out of you, and any response, no matter how much you think you are justified to give it, is a bad response. You already know the truth of the matter and that your hands are clean. The important people that need to know this, already know. Don’t let them drag you into the gutter with them. If they want to sling dirt, keep your distance and let them wallow in the mud that they made. Keep to the high road and focus on finishing what you have started."
A deck that is shrouded in mystery, Hidden invokes the symbolism of secretive societies. Let Bicycle playing cards be your guide through the world of mysterious symbols. These playing cards feature designs inspired by societies that use various signs and passwords to safeguard their best-kept secrets. While deeper investigation by truth seekers have made these symbols more recognizable to most, their secrets remain Hidden. Secret Societies – inspired card backs and ace of spades and illustrated custom court cards reflecting the symbols of Freemasonry. The Bicycle Hidden Playing Cards is ©Bicycle Cards.

"Don’t permit yourself to chase after so many dreams, that you forget how to walk the life you are already in. Trying to catch up with other people’s ideals is exhausting. Trying to align your life with other people’s ideals is damaging. The best you can do today is to stand still, take stock of who you are and what you have with you, and create your own ideals and life from these pieces you have been given, for yourself."
The Bosch Tarot is a series of collages based on the paintings of Hieronymus Bosch. Using a unique set of meanings that doesn’t always aligns with Waite, it will sometimes read direct, and sometimes read like a koan. It is a good deck for introspection and examination of internal motives. The Bosch Tarot is presented by Atanas A. Atanassov and ©Lo Scarabeo.

"You won’t recognize the import of what happened until it is done and the consequences are set. While you won’t be able to go back in time to undo what happened, if you face it squarely now, you will be able to mitigate the damage and support what remains after. If you turn away and treat it like a flash in the pan, it will become a coal-seam fire that will only become obvious once everything that was salvageable has been destroyed. Treat is seriously now."
A Baraja Española deck, the Baraja Azteca is a 48 card deck of playing cards used for such games as Brisca, Tute, and Mus. This 48-card variant of the deck contains four suits; Oros (Coins), Bastos (Clubs), Espadas (Swords), and Copas (Cups). While the deck is made primarily for play, it functions well as a divination tool. Each reader uses their own personal understanding and intuition to interpret the cards.

"Doing the right thing is going to hurt and you are going to lose something in the process. That loss will be deep and for a while you are going to wonder if doing the right thing was worthwhile after all. Finding out the hard way that you were lied to will always leave a mark. However, recovering from that revelation is up to you, and you always have the option to make something better, if not something else of yourself as you do just that."
The Fey Tarot is the work of Mara Aghem. While the card names mostly track conventional tarot naming, the scenes differ from Pamela Coleman Smith’s renditions. Not all minors display the full pip count of their number. Rather, the scenes are meant to evoke the intuition of the reader rather than depend on long lists of regurgitated meanings. The Fey Tarot is ©Lo Scarabeo.

"Hold on. Not so fast. What was supposed to be a neat grab and dash has turned into a capture and hold. While you still have what you need to get through this matter, what you don’t have is the opportunity to come through on your terms. Be patient, but be thorough. Don’t leave anything to assumptions. Since you’re going to be here a while, double check what you have and what you intend to do."
The Sweeney Tarot was designed to read with reversals. Having the expected 78 cards, one could use any system of meanings with it. However creator and artist Lee Bradford has put deep thought into the meanings of the Sweeney Tarot, making sure it is approachable by all and without occult or religious concerns that would restrict its audience or use. "For playing card decks that include at least one Joker card, I treat that card as the Stop Card. As such, since a Joker is the first card on the table, there will be no reading of the remaining cards. You are on your own, so go forth and create your own luck."

"Having to answer to someone else (and of all people, that one person in particular) is going to grate your sense of pride. Put a salve on it, swallow the spiteful words you have already begun to prepare, and realize this person is not here to lord over you, but to help you help yourself to get back on your feet. It will be a hard series of tasks, but look back to what you came through to get here and let that refreshed perspective inform you to the doom that you avoided."
Bryan Lahr’s Wyzard of Odd tarot deck is a work of art featuring carefully crafted images of literal smoke and mirrors. The deck is based on the Thoth and the margins are lined with correspondences from various esoteric practices. The slightly oversize deck works well for contemplation as the images fold onto themselves and unfolds upon the viewer. In following with the tradition set by the Thoth deck, Wyzard Princes are equivalent to Waite’s Knights, and Wyzard Knights are equivalent to Waite’s Kings. The Wyzard of Odd tarot deck is ©Bryan Lahr.

"When is the last time you spoke with a financial advisor about your financial situation? Even if you don’t get a chance to actually speak to anyone today, at least take the time to make an appointment so you can get a professional, third-party view of your financial state, your goals, and what you can do to reach those goals."
This 39 card deck by Caitlín Matthews and Virginia Lee includes two sets of Man and Woman cards, along with an extra Diviner card. The two sets of Man and Woman allows the reading to be tailored to the circumstances of the Querent. One pair is portrayed with light skin and the other pair is portrayed with dark skin. The unused cards are removed from the deck before shuffling. The Diviner (37) is not required for Lenormand reading. However, I include it with my throws as it makes an excellent “Stop Card” when first on the table and a “pay attention to what follows” card when appearing elsewhere. The Enchanted Lenormand Oracle is ©Caitlín Matthews.

"Look. You got caught. Whether or not you were right or wrong to do the thing is not important. What is important is what you tried to do in secret is all out in plain sight and the consequences of your actions have come upon you. You could refuse to acknowledge that is right in front of you and attempt to carry on as you always did, but this will only make the consequences that much worse. That happened. This is the reckoning. How you decide to come to terms with it is up to you."
The Disney Villains Tarot Deck is illustrated by Ellie Goldwine and based on the “bad guys” from several Disney movies. While the guidebook relies on the movie characters to provide context to the Major Arcana, the Noxporium Card Reader is barely acquainted with them and so reads the cards themselves as they present to the viewer. The Disney Villains Tarot Deck is ©Disney.

"When all that hard work gets undone, do not despair. Look to the farming ant and remember that their harvest is not the leaves that they bring to the nest, but the fungus that they feed those leaves to. In the same way, that which will bring your reward is not the obvious work that everyone else has been comparing themselves to, but the results of that work that will yield consistent results day by day. Build on this constant renewal of your resources and you will collect more than you could ever have created on your own."
A luxurious white and gold deck of 80 hand painted and foil stamped cards that represents the stories, traditions, and heritages that humans create and pass forth in their journey to conquer the most eternal and timeless of enemies; the ephemerality and temporality of life. Inspired by odysseys and epics of old, the major arcana cards have been reimagined as a “hero’s journey” in place of the classic “fool’s journey”. The majority of the major arcana cards retain strong parallels to traditional Rider Waite-Smith counterparts, though a small number are completely new. Cards painted by Arthur Wang. Card meanings co-written by Arthur Wang and Mat Auryn. The Ephemere Tarot is ©TrueBlack, LLC.

"Today is a good day to have fun. Don’t feel that you have to partake in any festivities, and only give as much time, attention, and/or money as you are able to bear. If you have two pennies, give them to someone to increase their luck and to increase your joy. The mirth you give today will make its way back to you with increase over time."

"Be wary of extremes. Don’t be so determined to be independent that you push away the help you need, but do be so accepting of advice and instruction that you become everyone else’s tool to use as desired. Take measured steps through the day and work to conclude as much as you can without exhausting yourself."

"What you received is time-sensitive. Don’t allow social expectations to force you to wait a socially-acceptable time to act on it lest waiting for other people’s approval tie up any benefit you could have gained. In the end, it is more important that you be able to use your skills and resources for yourself than to make someone else look good because you missed your opportunity."
The Motif Deck is a unique cartomancy system designed and painted by Lee Bradford where the images have no inherent meaning, and so it’s up to the reader to assign significance. The cards consist of seven objects interacting with each other: hand, candle, rose, feather, key, string, and cup. Each image consists of one or two of these items on a plain colored background. These images were designed to be meaningless- they are just objects. What gives them meaning is the combination of color, frequency, placement, and interpretation from the querent and the reader. The Motif Deck is ©Lee Bradford.

"The worry has a seed in recent events, but the degree to which you are taking it is far beyond the immediate reach. Speak to your friends and those you trust about your concerns, and if they decide to distract you, lean into that distraction. Laughter, joy, and camaraderie combine to make for a salve to soothe the edges that your worry has gnawed raw."

"While you may be the one in charge, you are not the one in control of everything that you’re in charge of. So when the changes hit your sphere of influence, do what you can to keep the shaking from shattering everything, but be aware that not everything is going to come through with you. In the aftermath, take stock of what you are still in charge of, and take a good long sit to consider why. Your domain may be smaller but the responsibility will be greater."

"You won’t see it coming, but you should prepare for it nonetheless. If today is that day for you, you will have the opportunity to accept it into your life and allow it to become a part of everything you know. However, there is no benefit without cost, and this is no exception. It will become a part of everything that you know or will come to have. If you are not prepared for this union, then let it move past you without comment. It is better for you to continue as you are now than to be changed against your will."
