Derma-rolling~
You can find derma-rollers on amazon! basically all u do is apply vitamin C serum to the targeted area, use the derma-roller and roll it all over the area for about a minute, apply more vitamin C serum and repeat once every two weeks! this promotes collagen and tightens the skin but DO NOT DO THIS EVERYDAY u need to make sure u give ur skin time to heal! i highly recommend this, it takes a few months to start seeing a difference!
B-flat~
So this is a little more on the pricey side. basically what it is, is a cream that u apply to the targeted area and u will feel a burning, tingly feeling which only lasts a few minutes! u apply twice a day for best results and it will tighten your skin and also reduce stretch marks!
Supplements~
I suggest taking collagen supplements while doing these things! u can get it in powder/pill/gummy form! i use the powder in my smoothies :)
Excercise~
There are different workouts u can do to reduce the appearance of ur loose skin by building muscle and leaning out to fill where ur loose skin is! ΰ©ˆβœ©β€§β‚ŠΛšSTRETCH MARKS ༊*·˚
Oils~
Coconut oil: THIS is what originally faded my stretch marks and i used to have deep purple stretch marks. i massaged it into my stretch marks every day after i showered and after a few months they were pretty much gone!
Massage oils: u can find different massage oils on amazon for cellulite and stretch marks i use the M3 NATURALS anti-cellulite massage oil and i put it on everyday after my showers and it smells summery!
Vitamin E oil: u can mix this with the coconut oil!! vitamin E is known for anti-aging and its very moisturizing!
Vitamin C oil: u can also mix this with the coconut oil! i personally believe vitamin C is the most effective along with the coconut oil!
Bio-oil: im sure you’ve heard of this one, many women use this during/after pregnancy! this is very effective as well, i definitely recommend this!
Lotions~
Palmers cocoa butter formula: this stuff is super affordable on amazon, and it works AMAZING!
Any other lotion: u can really use any lotion as long as it’s moisturizing! its super important to keep your skin moisturized!!

Maybe I am just a dumb ass bitch.
Like why am I doing this to myself. If I have the self controle to eat 500 cals a day why can't I just do this healthily.
Is it because I want fast results, because I don't want to exersize. I'm such a loser if that's the case...
But I love the controle, I love that I'm taking back my power. How my stomach literally hurts if I over eat.
... but does that make me an attention speaker, fuck it I am. I want people to worry about me. Wtf does that make me then? A narrsasitic bitch?
But I'm so scared of being who I was, shoving food mindlessly down my throat. Being the ugly fat friend who always asked people if they were going to finish their food.... wow that was a visceral memory.
Maybe I will just starve till I die. Fuck it

I gained 4 pounds πŸ₯²πŸ₯²πŸ₯² like how, was it because it's early morning and I had a large dinner. Maybe because I ate at 11pm. I only had two days this week of eating 600 Cals rather than 500 was that really the reason. All those days of restricting just to gain 4 pounds. Is it because I'm sick 😭
You ever feel tricked by how much you ate. Like I know I meticulously planned this dinner 2 days in advance am within my calorie limit. but I'm just so full.. :/
I'm going to gain weight I feel it. Tomorrow was my weigh day too 😭😭😭😭

Made some kimchi jjigae for dinner. Now my neck is stiff, my head hurts, My face feels hot but I also have chills, I can't get up because it feels like my head will explode. Don't know if I poisoned myself because I can't cook or is this some side effect from me restricting. Felt like I was going to pass out at work today but I don't know why either.
Kimchi jjigae 295 cals
half cup of rice 60 cals

low calorie lunch idea - onigiri and sushi rolls - calories below

50g sushi rice - 173kcal
50g cucumber - 8kcal
14g edamame - 18kcal
2 sheets of nori - 10kcal
small chicken schitzel - 121kcal
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds - 30kcal
1 tsp sugar and salt in the sushi rice (I didn't have rice vinegar) - 30kcal
total - 376 kcal
these are really tasty and fun to make and actually super filling because of the rice, easy to adjust to how you like it as well :) best part is the very low calories, and they can actually be kinda healthy depending on what you put inside!

I used to be a person who ate food after food, meal after meal. No one ever questioned if I'd eaten my mom sure as hell blamed me for every missing snack. But she's also my biggest motivation πŸ₯° love her for making me swear to myself I'll never be talked down on like the fat ass of the house. Yet she's the only one who ever tells me to eat, "you haven't eaten all day put, something on your stomach πŸ₯Ί". She's so sweet right...
I don't know who I blame more her or me.

So I've decided life but I'm so sad now 😭
like all those days. I was going to weigh tomorrow, I was going to have a metabolism day on the 20th, I was doing so good. I'm not even calling this a binge I needed a metabolism day either way but the way I'm just happy...
I can think. I'm doing and having ideas for my hobbies like wtf. All that free time not eating and I couldn't do shit but I eat 600 more calories and suddenly life is worth living. Food has a hold on me and it's disgusting, I wasn't even hungry I just needed energy. I'm so very sad right now.
I don't know whether I should die just to keep up my week of restriction or just eat so that I can cry, hate myself and do another week of restriction πŸ’€
