Sitting on a cliff of grattitude and humility. The otter trail was tough but not that tough. It had a different meaning to me, a different purpose. I set small challenges of hiking in a fasted state, to be ice cold daily and to operate on calorie deficits that where set out for our daily tasks. To see how my mind and body would respond. I learnt alot from that experience. By day two my body adapted and got conditioned to the created and natural environment. In reality i can do more with less.
