My 95 Calorie pancakes

I made 8 small pancakes with this recipe!
INGREDIENTS
- ½ a mashed banana
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon of oat flour- if you don’t have oat flour, a substitue is fine OR you can make it yourself by just putting Quaker quick oats in a food processor!
- ½ tsp of vanilla
- Cinnamon to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine your banana and egg whites. I used a blender because it’s hard to mash a banana to the point you can use it in a recipe without one
- Add oat flour, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Cook in a pan over low heat. I cooked for about a minute and a half each side
- Enjoy!
These pancakes are already sweet, but you can add stevia or other zero cal sweeteners at the 2nd step if you want to make it more like an actual cake

RECIPE: tomato pizza!!

these shits are like ~9 calories per slice!!!
and they taste AMAZING. and i’m not just saying that! my mom (who doesn’t have an ED mind you) said they were delicious as well.
what you’ll need:
1 roma tomato (10)
2tbsp parmesan cheese (43)
about a tsp of dried basil (0)
about a tsp of garlic salt (0)
about a tsp of oregano (0)
salt & pepper (i forgot to do this so it’s definitely optional) (0)
the original recipe i used says to use olive oil but i don’t see any reason to. they won’t stick to anything since the tomatoes are so juicy.
i used parchment paper for easy cleanup!
directions:
preheat oven at 450°F. alice roma tomatoes into 6 thick slices. place on parchment paper covered pan. sprinkle parmesan cheese onto each tomato (i had a tbsp of parmesan cheese per 3 tomatoes). season to taste. bake for 14 minutes. EAT!
they don’t stick at all but they are very juicy and soft which is why they look so deflated! but they are SO good! i made 6 slices and had 5 for only 44 calories!!

Extremely filling low cal wrap 99 cals
Ingredients;
50 g champignon mushrooms- 15 cals
Handful spinach - 7 cal
Salt reduced stock cube(optional, this made it way too salty in my opinion) -8 cals
Handful of lettuce-5 cal
5 olives - 20 cals
Smoked Paprika
Directions

Slice mushrooms and spinach
Add them too a frying pan with stock cube and paprika(stock cube optional or maybe use half as it was very salty)
(Optional)Once it’s fried up spread a line of your choice of sauce on tortilla
Place lettuce and olives on tortilla
And then scoop the cooked spinach and mushroom onto the top

Personal Protection Jar!!!
So a friend of mine was having some issues with what we like to call "energy vampires" (i.e. they suck all the energy from you). And even though she wore cleansed protected crystals, she felt like that wasn't enough in some situations. We live in Los Angeles, which is a heavily populated city, and with that comes the energy from 10 million people. So I made her a handheld protection and energy cleanser jar that she can carry in her bag and make sure her energy isn't being stolen on the street.
Ingredients:
Salt - cleansing
Black pepper - banishing bad energy
Thistle - protection
Sage - cleansing
Ginger - protection/health
Thyme - cleansing/strength
Dried onion - protection
Marjoram - purification
Peppermint - purity
Taglock - I used a lock of her hair.
White candle - cleansing
Layer your ingredients in a jar, starting with the taglock. I like to alternate cleansing herb and protection herb so that they combine nicely. Don't forget to hold the meaning of each herb in your mind as you add them in. Seal with white candle wax, and charge by moonlight for full effects.

Witch Tip:
Get a copy of the map of your area. Not a country map, a state map, or even a county map. Your area. You can print off a Google map if a commercial version isn't available.
Take the map with you everywhere you go. Make notes on it of things you notice - does one area feel different to you? Does a tree live among many dead ones? Do you see the same cat sitting on the same fence post at the same time every morning? Where do bees live? What crossroads catch your eye? Is there a cemetary?
Once you've filled the map with your observations, keep it in your grimoire for reference.

A thing that annoys me a lot is that as soon as someone is seen eating everyone thinks they’re better but you don’t know what’s going on behind the curtains. They might be exercising it off, using laxatives etc or they just feel guilty. Just because someone is recovering physically they’re not recovering mentally.

I think I will give up on this whole recovery shit, I just can’t do it anymore. I’m sick and tired of being uncomfortable ! Just a little update since I haven’t been posting at all , I hit my UGW last month or so (88 lbs) and I was so happy and wanted to stay at that weight but my mom dragged me to the doctor and they told me that if I wouldn’t have gained atleast a little bit till my next appointment I would be sent to an inpatient clinic and force feed. So I started considering it and at first it was going okay because I was maintaining but soon enough I’ve been forced to eat even more and gained. I hate that so much and even though I want to recover I think that maybe loosing again wouldn’t be that bad since the holidays are coming up too. So I’ll go back to restricting and fasting! Cw 93lbs

Today I had one of my fear foods and I couldn’t eat it, so I put it in the trash. Later today then my father still had some left overs of my favorite childhood food which also is a fear food but he asked me if I would like some and I said yes. It was delicious but I was shaking the whole time while eating it but I still ate and I’m kinda proud of myself. I’m still scared to gain weight tho but I’m going for a walk and hope for the best.
