About Sharing Files…

As you may know and according to my last reblog, there is a Facebook page about some fans who meet to share files that are not from them, not everything at least. Since I don’t mind to hide my identity because this is not the first time I talk about this matter, this is the site. If you are a member, then you know what we have been talking about. I found out that two and maybe three files might be mine. Many stuff came to my mind… you know, I work hard everyday in a place I don’t like to have some money left and get my own goods, but I wanted to share some of my streams/DVDs/CDs because I was also a student who couldn’t afford a thing. The rules I give to share a file are very simple, because at the end the important thing is to read. Even though sometimes I can be slow to reply, I end up giving my files anyway.

The thing is… I don’t have good news to tell you because after talking to some friends about the issue, I decided I will stop sharing my files until further notice. I already deleted my links. I know I haven’t replied to some people this month, so I’m gonna share only the main file of the butai/musical requested to them. There are two exceptions though: the public links and Okazu-kun drama. Since I’m still working with translations for Okazu-kun episodes (I mean, the summaries from the site, not subtitles xD), I wanna continue sharing them until the last episode. So from now on, please don’t send me requests for my other files because I won’t reply. I’ll only reply to the last person who sent me a request up to this day with the conditions I talked before. If tomorrow (Monday, March 25th) you send me a request for another file that is not Okazu-kun drama, I won’t reply.

This is the first time I do this so I’m very sorry, but finding out again about a site sharing files that are not from them, makes me feel veeery annoyed. I know there are more files from other uploaders who kindly share them here and on Tenimyutopia. If you want more information, go ask @speedysharkbonklover. As I said before, puchasing a DVD from Japan is not cheap, we pay for the DVD/CD/Magazine/etc, we sometimes pay proxy services and domestic shipping, also international shipping and some pay taxes in customs. We rip the discs or scan the magazines, we upload them to share them with you knowing it’s obviously illegal, we put some rules and that’s it. So it’s not about being arrogant if you think that way, it’s because some of you don’t respect the rules of a difficult process to get those goods. I know there are people who follow the rules and I’m very sorry this will affect them, but for now, I don’t have the motivation to continue sharing. I’ll probably do it again sometime in the future and I’ll let you know, but not now, not when there is still a community sharing stuff from other people.

Since I’ve been very busy this month, having classes on Saturdays and doing some personal stuff on Sundays (and I work on weekdays btw), I’ll continue with Tsubasa updates next weekend because classes end next Saturday as well. Same with replies and Okazu-kun drama. Again, this is a very sad situation, but I do this not only to protect my files, but also because the trust was broken with all those people who spend a lot of money to share their precious goods with all of us.

Edit: I’m aware that not everyone in that group do that. Also, whatever issue that might happen in the same group, it won’t change my personal decision, not soon at least.

About a year ago I have re-discovered the world 2.5D and so much had happened. Since joining this community, I have made new friends, discovered my favorite butai actors and even started making gif sets (gif requests are still accepted btw). Now I think it’s about time I give back to the community, so you guessed it from the title, I’ve decided to share Tousute Hiden ~meijiza ver.~

As this is a New Year’s gift, I only plan to share this stage until the end of January so please be aware :) The link is somewhere in the post.
