Shou kinda has a point...

Forever ago the Mob Psycho 100 dub voice actors did a stream talking about various things and this little bit with Reigen and Shou’s actors @kirbopher and Casey Mongillo happened.

So I had a little fun making this from it!

I took part in the @moominreanimatedproject and was given one of my favourite characters to animate!!

I had a lot of fun working on this and it filled with so much nostalgia. I’m so glad I recently rediscovered my love for this show.

Did a short little animation of Dennis from The Beano to celebrate the comic’s 80th birthday! It was a big part of my childhood and I’ve recently fallen right back in love with and I’m so glad it’s still going strong.

A third shot for the @powerpuffgirlsreanimate project!

I’ve had a lot of fun being a part of this project and I can’t wait to see it when it’s all finished. Definitely be sure to check out the project’s blog and everyone else’s work!

And here’s the second of my shots for the @powerpuffgirlsreanimate project!

It’s been an absolute honour to be able to take part in this project and I’m looking forward to seeing how the final episode looks once it’s all done. 

Here is my first shot for the @powerpuffgirlsreanimate project! I’m super excited to be a part of this since the Powerpuff Girls cartoon was a massive part of my childhood and to pay tribute to the show like this is wonderful!

The episode that’s being remade is also one of my old favourites so it’ll be really great to see how it all looks when it’s done!

I’m taking part in the PowerPuff Girls Reanimate project at the moment and recently finished my first shot for it so that will be going up here soon.

Additionally, there is a local convention happening on Sunday that I’ll be selling at for the first time which is exciting and terrifying. It would have happened already if it hadn’t been for the snow earlier in March but it got moved to April instead so it should be a good experience!

My plan is to set up a storenvy or something similar to that some time afterwards depending on what’s left over.

Over a year in the making, over 200 participating artists and animators across the globe have come together to reanimate the 1998 Toei series of Yu-Gi-Oh! “Devil Gamer - Trap from Hell”. This collaboration was organized and brought to you by me (Phui Jing Ling) @phuiscribbles. I’m extremely excited and proud of what’s been created, everyone totally pulled through! ✿ Gemanimate 2 - The Answer ✿ A Steven Universe Reanimate Project ✿

It’s finally time! Here is Gemanimate 2 in all its glory! A total of 164 animators across the globe have come together to reanimate Steven Universe’s The Answer. Everyone who has contributed shots has donated their time and skills to pay tribute to the best animated series out there, Steven Universe.

I’m so thankful for the the extreme amount of support that’s been shown by all of you guys through this whole project. It’s been a lot of work behind the scenes from me (Katie Elle) and our extremely talented animators and we couldn’t have done it without you all. Check it out on Twitter too.

I’m so beyond proud of what’s been created. So what are you waiting for?! Watch and enjoy!

I took part in another ReAnimate project, this time recreating the Steven Universe episode The Answer.

I stuck more closely to the look of the original this time around, but I wanted to add a just little something more to the movement. It was fun trying to recreate a similar enough look for the background too!

Super happy to be a part of this project and really looking forward to seeing everyone else’s contributions too!!

I’ve also been working on a shot for another ReAnimate project recently, this time recreating the Steven Universe episode “The Answer”. I’ll post my contribution in the next few days. I’m just awaiting confirmation that it’s good to go.

It’s going to be great to see more talented animators coming together to make something great!

My contribution to the YGO ReAnimate project!

I was free to make the shot more lively than the original and I went for it since the original shot was so very static. I had fun working on this. Such a great opportunity!

I’m really looking forward to seeing the final project with everyone else’s contributions!! Everything so far is looking amazing!

I’m taking part in a ‘Reanimate’ project with a big group of talented artists! Each animator is given at least one shot from an episode (in this case, episode 2 of the original YuGiOh series) and the entire episode is built up of reanimated shots contributed by every animator that takes part.

It’s an exciting project and I look forward to seeing everyone else’s work.

I’m just about ready to go into the clean-up stage of my own shot. Exciting stuff! It’s good to be working like this again.

My final project from uni, entitled ‘Je t’attends’.

It was an attempt at telling a story without dialogue.

Looking back at the previous year’s work ‘Last Minute’ I feel content with the improvements I’ve made and I hope to continue to build upon my current skills and abilities as I move towards the future.
