oh thank you!! honestly ive just collected a lot of random stuff over the years! im a big nester and i enjoy Things so ive got a lot to work with my biggest secret is genuinely just start collecting things that bring you joy or make you laugh. I think too many people focus on a set "aesthetic" but it never ends up feeling authentically you if you do that. my favourite thing about going to peoples' homes is seeing how much i can see them in it. all the little knickknacks and pictures etc. its nice when a home is a reflection of the person!
i find a lot of stuff at thrift/antique stores and garage sales, too! neat little things.
also in terms of curation v mess, if you enjoy all the stuff you have, it feels eclectic rather than messy haha
