THEY ARE ALL SO YOUNG! 😭

I have been sleeping on the couch every night since Thursday because I can’t deal with the thought of Lily sleeping by herself. Realistically, I know that she would be totally fine sleeping alone, but, I honestly feel so guilty. I can’t even shut my bedroom door without feeling upset. I’m not sure what I am going to do when I return to work. I’m such a mess and I am so exhausted, but I need to spend time with my beautiful girl, because if there’s one thing I won’t do, its regret not spending every second with my beautiful heart cat 💖

My sweet sweet girl in the sun today! I have been spending so much time with her. I’ve even been sleeping on the couch so she doesn’t feel alone 💖

I found out last night that my beautiful cat has lymphoma. Any one who knows me knows that Lily means the world to me, and I have been uncontrollably sobbing since I found out :(

I’m thinking of changing up my profile pic and overall look of my blog, stay tuned 👀

I have so many feelings atm, and I just need to put them out there, haha.

Okay so, every time I go to NZ, my love for Split Enz/Crowded House/Finn bros doubles (if that’s even possible at this point). They mean so so much to me, and I can’t even describe how much they have shaped me.

I feel so blessed to know my beautiful friend from NZ, and I am so lucky that I got to share my love for all things Finn with her throughout the years. We have forged such a loving and strong friendship out of our love for the Enz, and watching her get married was so special. I sobbed when she walked down the isle, because I was so proud of her <3

I’m already planning my return trip because honestly, what the hell is stopping me? I adore NZ and there’s still so many places I want to visit.

I am home, and leaving New Zealand means sitting at the airport gate crying to your Mum on the phone bc you’re leaving NZ and you forgot to buy a surplus of Whittaker’s Jelly Tip chocolate :(

Okay nvm, I hate my retail job. I followed this new guy who worked with me at the counter. He seems really nice and I just wanted to follow him on Instagram as a friendly gesture. He accepted my friend request, but didn’t follow me back :))))

I have such a love hate relationship with my retail job. We are like a family - I adore the silly work gossip, going on spontaneous beach trips with my work friend after a shift, and laughing over stupid customers and the weird things they say. But, I also want to cry every time I think about enduring 8-9 hours of counter work.

IT’S NO NEW YEARS RESOLUTION, IT’S MORE THAN THAT!
