i found your stuff just as you came back to tumblr, weird, but since you loved dbh so much i suggest the game rdr2!!! i adored dbh when it came out and when i finished it i felt lost when it came to playing video games, until i got rdr2. have a safe quarantine - from a connor .. in detroit

Getting really experimental with my art, (@soothe.salt on Instagram if you’re interested, all the stuff on there right now is old but I’m gonna start posting my new stuff soon, I have a good backlog of work I’m really proud of), and I’ve also started running/working out cause I miss going outside!! Imagine.

All it took to get me to work out was the threat of being forced to stay inside rather than it being my own volition.

Hi!! I saw your post about the sudden resurgence of DBH. I think one of the reasons is because it was free for PS Plus members pretty recently!! :-) AND HONESTLY, I'M LOVING EVERY SECOND OF IT. Lol. I would have never have fallen into the blackhole that is DBH and all of its beautiful characters if it wasn't for the PS Plus deal. TTvTT)b Also, love your writing so fuxking much. It's godsend and is helping with my DBH addiction, lmaooo.

also that makes ALOT of sense, we love free things :-)

DBH was a kickass game, glad I ended up writing lil fics for it, vv fun, vv worth it in the end cause both the game and the community were just a whole lot of hell yeah.

quarantine hours

There really do be a surge charge in activity for me during quarantine huh?

I might write some stuff for you all during this time, cause I mean, yikes, we all need some escapism right now, don’t we?

Right now I’m packing up to head home, reminder: am a film student in second year, we’re incredibly hands-on which makes it SUCK ALL THE MORE that we’re moving to online :( Ur boy had a TV show she created to be aired next week and directing a short film this week but ahh, some good things must be cut short.

That said, my gripes are nothing compared to how people far less privileged than I are handling this whole pandemic, so feel free to tell this dumb coin how you’re feeling. (Lemme know if you want me to respond privately btw this shit DO be stressful)

I know things are really hard right now, it’s hard to get a grip on the reality of things because honestly, currently, this life is a dark joke without a punchline. But, hey, you have, at this moment, survived everything that you thought you weren’t built for, so you’ll get through this too, okay?

Anyways, this blog is my biggest audience available anywhere, so I just wanted to pop in and make sure everyone’s doing as okay as they can under the circumstances.

oh, and if you needed one, this post is your excuse to engage in whatever ‘lazy’ coping mechanism you see fit. Depression naps, a lil weed, a shot, whatever it is. Put on some cute PJs and take care of yourself during this quarantine, it’s very easy to get caught up in the ‘essentials’ of life during a time like this, but remember that you need to also be mentally ok during this time.

So clean up a lil, take a shower, do some reading- Not because you’re lazy if you don’t, but because you deserve to be clean and sound of mind.
