gaolers have kinda grown on me. after existing for like half a decade. but i feel like somebody needs to file down their claws, they look like theyre overgrowing! too curved! like a bird with bad perches. hate that one tert that makes it even worse lol how do they walk!!!!!
Hey y'all, if I posted the lines, no colors or anything, for the Beamstalkers, would anyone be interested?
That way you can color them, gene them, make your own linebreaking terts for them, n all that?
I can also post the unclipped, un-multiplied shadows layer as a png for y'all too so you don't have to shade as much, all you have to do is clip it over whatever coloring layers you put and hit multiply! (it's the same shading color Fr uses for their dragon accent bases)
The pose I drew is the female pose, but because they're not a real breed, it doesn't matter,

It´s outstretched hand is holding a cylinder hat and it has piercings on its nose, tail and dark blue wings.]
Have I been on this site for almost nine years? Yes. Am I aware that ridgebacks are canonically hydrophobic? Yes. Will it stop me from drawing them as merdragons? no.
I decided to do my own mermay challenge where I turn a ridge into a mermaid every day, to practice painting and because I can.

May 1 - Goldfish Ridgeback
Despite its delicate appearance, these ridgebacks can thrive in the most life-aversive environments. With enough space, they can grow to massive sizes. Original ancestors of these ridgebacks sport bright orange scales, but many of the newer generation have taken on brown and gray colors to better blend in.
