Day 4: Nautilus (Aquatic Slugcat)

Okay new goal: these drawings will happen durimg daylight hours instead.

Anyway, a small expansion on yesterday's nudibranch slugcats.

A Drawing Every Day

Day 2: Inscryption Mono

So. A bit late today because we got a surprise friend! This is Mono, so Leszy has a baby brother (sister?) now! Continuing with the video game thing, this time from Little Nightmares 2. I'll try to figure out a fun way to show Mono with or as his namesake, but the Inscryption card idea was fun so I figured I'd make them a matching pair~

(By the way, he is a Mack snow morph! So he will eventually be a pretty snowy black and white~)

A Drawing A Day:

Day 1: Inscryption Leszy

Fun fact, my roommate and I have a gecko named Leszy, named for the Inscryption character Leshy (but the Polish spelling is cooler).

Okay so- back in... 2014? 2015? I drew a finished piece in ink every single day for 200 days straight. I think its about time I attempt that again but aim for a full year.

This project is meant to just be fun but help me improve. Originally I had to only use black ink and I had to fill a two page spread, but I don't have that kind of time anymore xD So! These can be rough or finished, realistic or cartoonish. I also am taking the black ink only, as I would love to play more with paint and colored pencil~

Also I will be allowing myself more break days. Easy small doodles, minimalistic, or even rough sketches. There may be lots of eyes and slugcats lol.

Feel free to suggest things, though I don't promise anything~

I suppose just word to the wise, not all artists are cool with that so make sure you get permission first next time. Personally I prefer if I am told first but hey, its really hard to find the original poster sometimes.

If you're curious, his/their name is Mimic~! I have some vague personality ideas but they're mostly a fun doodle design for now.

I have to make a guide for my technical writing class final, right now we're in the research phase. So I need as many people as possible to tell me what they either want to know or wish they knew. Once I finish I can make a public version for anyone to use.

Quick note: I am not going to include a portfolio guide as there are already many excellent resources out there and they change based on the types of work you are looking for. This is general freelance work on social media.

Even if you don't answer, please reblog! I need a decent reach to see what I should include! :)
