The thing is, I know you’re not it for me.
I know we’re not it for each other.
But…man. In another life.
Today he asked me about my ex. Out of nowhere. And he asked why we broke up.
Crazy how he guessed the DF’d part too. He was joking but when I made a face and didn’t respond he made a face back and said, “You not saying anything is making me think the answer is yes.” I was like… actually, yeah.
And he reacted and said the same things as Romyr to some parts of the story. Cracked me up and I said, “You sound just like my best friend growing up..” Not me almost saying first love HAHA. He really does remind me of him though.
But yeah. He said 2 weeks ago how if he could pick any age to be, he’d choose my age. I truly feel like if age wasn’t an issue or I was his age, or we were in paradise, this would be an official thing.
Even baby sis was like… “Why are you always touching her? You’re always finding an excuse to touch her.” And a couple of days ago he literally followed me around the kitchen and when I sat down, he stood next to me and we both looked at each other and went, “Wait, why am I following you? HAHA” “Why are you following me? HAHA” and his sister goes, “BC YOU’RE SO CLINGY”
And then a few hours after doing his hair, he woke up and went straight to her room while we were both still asleep. He woke me up to tell me how much he loved his hair and ended up staying in her room, and she woke up to him laying on the floor on my side going through my phone, so the first thing she asked was, “Did you sleep in here???” and he responded, “Yes” SMH HAHA and she was like, “Omg you have attachment issues” like even if he didn’t sleep in there, he really always be hanging out in her room whenever I’m there or sitting next to me bwuh. I love it bc I love physically clingy but like…why are we like this bc we’re not even a thinggg.

The way he always says “You smell like a candle” whenever he hugs/cuddles HAHA “You always say that!!”
But last week I purchased a scented rollerball oil and put it on my pulse points + the scent he likes before seeing them this week.
“Why do you smell like that, what is that?”
“Wym?”
“Idk you smell sweeter like…”
“I do?” *plays dumb and starts sniffing around and smells my wrists*
*He grab my wrists and sniffs it like a Lola 💀* “MMM YEAH WHAT IS THAT”
“IDK”
And then a couple of hours later when he was laying on the pillow on my lap when we were on the bed and I was doing his hair so my wrists swept over his face, “Dude I can’t get over your smell..”
“Okay.. Idk if that’s a good thing?”
“IT’S A GOOD THING. You smell so sweet”
I realized after reading some reviews why. I smell like his favorite dessert 😂😌 but he literally reacted like them boyfriends on the TikTok adds for pheromone perfumes HAHAHA. I actually fell for one a few months ago but hated how it smelled on me. Then I bought this which isn’t even considered a pheromone perfume but he really loves it. Honestly so do I. Even I like catching a whiff of myself.
It’s crazy bc I think we both love the way we smell. Before him, Ceej’s smell would drive me wild but that’s bc I picked out his deodorant. Though with this guy, it’s his body wash but also natural scent bc he’ll be sweaty and stinky after playing basketball LOL and smell like straight araw, but after 1 hr or so and it fades even after he hasn’t showered and he hugs me, his skin still smells incredible. And I remember reading about how that’s usually the case with people you’re compatible with?
Just searched it up and Google states, “you might be more attracted to one person's odor and pheromones over another's because that person's DNA makeup is different from yours in a way that's optimal for mating” oop— 🥴
But also there’s a video that popped up on my FYP about it recently and I’m like wth MY PHONE KNOWS HAHAHA

We really spent hours on his hair and me braiding it.
12AM-2:40AM HAHAHAH
Not the hug and neck kisses after thank you’s and excitement 💀🦋
No but it was such a good night. And I appreciate how honest he is with me. I love our talks and him cracking up for a moment bc he thought it was cute that I was braiding his hair and he confessed some things. I also love that he recognizes when he’s in the wrong and knows why there were consequences to his actions and that it’s done out of love.
And then there was that laugh/noise I made when I was guilty bc he called me out on not wanting to do it anymore bc I was tired, then us simultaneously going separate ways to try not to burst out laughing too loud and covering our mouths while laughing into the walls BAHAHAHA.
Our dynamic literally reminds me of Deven and Aileen.
And when he knows I’m stressed “Do you need a hug? Just tell me when you need one”
And me saying I’m exhausted and will be in the morning and he’s like “Dw I’ll wake you up with breakfast in bed” “Are you gonna cook for me again? :P” “Duh that’s why I asked” like I already know he will too lol
