Regions of Westeros: the Riverlands

Stretching from the Neck to the banks of the Blackwater, and east to the borders of the Vale, the riverlands are the beating heart of Westeros. No other land in the Seven Kingdoms has seen so many battles, nor so many petty kings and royal houses rising and falling. The causes of this are clear. Rich and fertile, the riverlands border on every other realm in the Seven Kingdoms save Dorne, yet have few natural boundaries to deter invasion. The waters of the Trident make the lands ripe for settlement, farming, and conquest, whilst the river's three branches stimulate trade and travel during peacetime, and serve as both roads and barriers in times of war.

I brought this unused Loki concept to life!!

I’d been eyeing this stunning design by @aleksibriclot for years, and a little while ago (after two years of working on it) I finally finished it! It has all the dark norse fantasy vibes that I wanted Ragnarok to be, and I figured hey, I can make it myself!

I had to up a lot of my leatherworking skills for this one, and I dove into a lot of new skills as well to try to make all the pieces a cohesive whole. It uses lambskin leather, suede cowhide, and veg tan, as well as an entire sheepskin for the cape!

This whole costume has truly been a labour of Loki love and I’m so glad I was able to share all the madness (process) and the finished look!

Don't let the media make what's happening with Israel, Iran and Jordan into some "middle-east problem" again. This was entirely orchestrated and encouraged by the US and the UK. Israel initiated every attack against Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, and Iran. Israel KILLED, targeted, the children and grandchildren of Palestinians political leaders. And the US could've stopped all of this by simply not giving Israel money and weapons bu they didn't.

The Western media has constructed this narrative that countries like Iraq and Iran are the problem and the western nations are the antidote keeping their 'terrorism' at bay. No, they have always and at all times started the conflicts, or worsened them.

Because they want the land, they want hegemony over the resources of that region and that is it. And they've demonstrated already by killing over 33,000 people that they'll do anything.

Stop joking about World War 3 and take the loss of lives and the horror of what is happening seriously. This cannot keep escalating

We have been putting up this kitchen and ferrying possessions btween my brother's old and new flat for over two weeks now. It's the never-ending Umzug and I am tired™.

Almost everyone gives him a quick aye, your grace! before doing exactly that.  Robb clapped his sister on the shoulder and smiled at her, saying, “Let’s go get started on this paperwork, alright?” Arya huffed at him, but Robb could see the uptick to her mouth all the same.

They take themselves back to the office he has claimed for himself, where they find Sansa surrounded by ravens.  They are balanced on the back of chairs, on books, on the desk and the table and the window seat and the window ledge – Sorrow and Mirth are on Sansa’s shoulders.  The Hound, looking mightily uncomfortable, is the only non-feathery surface in the whole room, excluding the walls.

“What the fuck,” Arya breathes behind Robb, and receives a sharp reprimand from Mother.  Sansa looks up from the scroll she was copying with a small smile.
