Day 7: Overall favourite series

This isn't technically a Dan and Phil series, but as soon as I saw this prompt I knew it had to be Internet Support Group. I have so much love for this series, I can't even explain it. I binge all the videos at least once a year (probably going to do my second Internet Support Group marathon of the year tonight...). I also feel like this series is the perfect example of what I love about Dan's content: The mix of humour and genuine messages and advice.

I'm not sure if Geoguessr is an odd choice, but I love this game a lot, so logically I love this video a lot.

I'm really happy with how the colour scheme on this one worked out :)

Day 5: Favourite Phil is not on fire

PINOF 9 is the first one I was there for, so obviously it has a special place in my heart. (Looking at all the upload dates threw me for a loop though, because I was convinced I started watching them in 2016 and this video is from 2017, so now I don't know what to believe or what time is anymore...)

Deciding on the quotes for this was very hard, because this video is just filled with quotable moments

Day 4: Favourite Day in the Life video

I have to admit there are two or three jokes in this video, that didn't age well. But as a whole it just gives me this cozy, nostalgic feeling.

If you're wondering why Chris' face looks so weird, I messed something up in the background and had to peel the picture back up, which unfortunately left some cracks in the printer ink... I'm not entirely happy with this spread, because there's just a lot going on, but whatever

Day 3: Favourite What Dan and Phil Text Each Other

I was going back and forth between the first one and this one, but ultimately decided on number two, because just seeing Dan's face was so exciting to me at the time.

I finished this spread like ten minutes ago and it's dark outside, so I had to resort to taking pictures on the floor, but whatever. My initial idea was to base the colour scheme off Phil's sweater, which I still kind of did, but out of the ten blue markers I own not a single one was the right colour or even a close match

Day 2: Favourite DanAndPhilCrafts video

If you'd asked me about my favourite crafts video two weeks ago, I would've said 'Potato Prints' with no hesitation. Then they posted a new one and I had a mild freakout.

I went through a small crisis while making this spread, because I was almost done, but then I couldn't find the letter D I'd prepared. I spent about 5 minutes looking for it, before I realised it was exactly where I had put it, but had turned around 90 degrees so I mistook it for an A...

Day 1: Favourite baking video

Does it feel basic to just pick the newest one? A little. But the chaotic energy of this one is truly unmatched and I think about it about once a week. The lighting makes it hard to read what I wrote on the red paper, but I put some quotes:

"I'm hot. I don't know how to count." "Baby, I am heaven" and "Oh, we're on the gaming channel. I can swear my head off, can't I? Let's make some fucking dough!"

On a completely different note: Seeing the announcement for this appreciation week really brought my motivation to journal back. This is the first collage spread I've done in six months and I'm so happy to be back at it. I could go on a whole rant about this, but I don't think anyone wants to read that.

It's time for Dan and Phil Appreciation Week!

We had so much fun doing this at the begining of the year and thought how great it would be to do it again! We didn't want to just do the same prompts again so this week is dedicated to all of the wonderful series' that Dan and Phil have given us over the years!

Starting April 8th and ending April 14th!

So, what do you need to do? Well, have a look at the weeks prompts below, and for each day use the prompt to make something great! This can be gifs, art, video edits, even just you writing a paragraph with an answer and explanation for each prompt! (you can make multiple posts and creations for each day if you have more than 1 answer)

We want this event to be available to everyone so don't worry if you aren't a content creator we still want to hear from you!

happy 18th birthday, honey! you're an adult now!

These updates are fucking insane. Israeli forces are currently besieging 3 hospitals: al-Amal Hospital, Nasser Hospital, and Shifa Hospital. They even executed a doctor, Muhammad al-Nono, for refusing to leave his patients, while a PRCS worker was killed in the al-Amal shelling (they are terrorizing these hospitals all at the same time). A Palestinian woman relayed that other women have been rounded up from Shifa hospital and subjected to rape and torture. There are also accounts of Christian Palestinians being denied access to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday—all while Israeli settlers stormed al-Aqsa Mosque on this same Sunday. My heart is aching for these Palestinians. So devastating there are no words.
