yes, as long as your post is understandable you're fine. we have no strict rules regarding that.
our activity is subject to change. however, at the moment it stands at 10 comms or 1 thread every month. we do sweeps the first of each month.
we also have a 3 strike system where if your character goes inactive 3 times you lose the chance to reactivate them.
